Breakfast. Pool was small and dirty. This excellent hotel, which is only a short (10 min, 3 blocks) from the Glenwood Hot Springs pool, is a great deal for overnight stays in the Glenwood area. We were very pleased with the staff (day+night), parking, proximity to the pool, cleanliness and especially the breakfast.

Check-in was a breeze, with fresh cookies no less. Front office staff was pleasant, helpful and responded quickly to our questions. Except for two burned out light bulbs, the room was clean, well appointed and exactly what we asked for when we made the reservation. They served a full breakfast that was good and filling and we would stay there again.

I was extremely impressed by the customer service we received. There was a problem with our room and in the morning when we were checking out we asked for the manager to make a complaint. The manager was not in at the time but the woman behind the desk was very helpful and made me feel very confident that we would be taken care of. The manager contacted us by phone after we had returned home. What I had expected to turn into a big fight turned instead into a very pleasant experience. We were treated with respect and generously compensated for our inconvenience. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Glenwood springs after this weekend because I would not have the same level of confidence in the service I would receive.

Wonderful people. I am from Russia. It was fun to meet somebody from Russia, who worked in that hotel.

Standard hotel at standard location amids several other chain hotels.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They had a breakfast buffet which did not have enough food for visitors. This hotel was very nice and comfortable, the only complaint that I have is that they offer a breakfast buffet however they didn't prepare enough food for all of the visitors to enjoy. They indicated that breakfast was to be until 9:30 am but by 9:00 they were out of food and did not prepare any more. It left many visitors without breakfast.

Very clean and comfortable. Some noise from the highway.

I liked the size of the room and the TV. The free breakfast was not good at all. Very good location close to food, skiing, hotsprings. Lots of space in the room liked that allot. Nice flat screen TV and the place was clean.

Comfortable and pretty clean. Too warm and a little noisy (room window was by road). I was pleased with my stay and the staff. I would and did recommend the hotel to others.

Laundry facilities. Ran out of everything at breakfast. Good for a few nights, comfortable, quality shampoos, etc. Breakfast was lacking in food and attention. Computer available in lobby. Friendly and good recommendations for shopping and dinner.

It has been decorated to feel like a much more upscale hotel. The location was convenient to everything! The breakfast was ok. If you want a very nice, clean, basic hotel room with a continental breakfast, pool, and great location in Glenwood Springs, this is a great place. The rooms are on the small side, so don't plan on packing several extra kids in, but it is really quite nice. We stayed here about 10 years ago and it has been very nicely updated. Much more classy than other hotel updates in this star level.

Location. They charged me for the room, even though I already. I am still waiting for my refund, as I was double charged. The hotel staff left a lot to be desired, they were very unprofessional.

The entire building was very clean and our room spacious. There was no bottled water on the breakfast line: had to fill cups from a pitcher. Holiday Inn Express, Glenwood Springs, Colorado was a very nice hotel. It was easy to locate, and the grounds well lit. The hotel itself was very clean with a courteous and accommodating staff. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family who might be traveling that direction.

Overall package-quality linens, super breakfast options, fridge, free wi-fi. Mold on shower curtain. This hotel had the best overall package for the convenience traveler among the 1, 2, & 3 star hotel we stayed in during our driving vacation. The fridge great for beverages. Bed, linens, bathroom supplies not quite Marriott, but better than most. Breakfast included flavored coffee and creamers, waffles, and hard boiled eggs in addition to the traditional. pastries, toast, and fruit. Free Internet the frosting on the cake.

Good location, clean, new and has breakfast included. Family trip to Glenwood Hot Springs - this hotel location worked out great. Clean and relatively new. Decent continental breakfast.
