The room was clean. Shuttle services was bad. I was told I could buy into DSL but not advised that the phone would be dead if I did, so that I could not call them (at 11:00PM) to tell them there was a problem. Cold room. Management at night (especially Willie) unaccommodating - resisted request for change for drink machine, the only liquid available besides the tap. Nice breakfast buffet.

At first, we were a bit disappointed to see how far the hotel truly was from the city center, but we were of course on foot which made it seem much longer. We also were not so keen on them not having an airport shuttle, as we had to get going early the next morning. However, upon checking in, the staff was amazingly helpful with the bus schedule (which actually stops about 10 feet away!), and other important info. We found that the amenities were great--the bar downstairs stayed open fairly late, ice and soda machines in the lobby, and of course the complimentary breakfast! We would stay again, hands down, if for no reason other than the breakfast! All in all, very impressive, despite the underestimated first impression!

It is far from the station on foot. At 20 minutes on foot However, the room was beautiful, and reasonable.

It wasn't to far from the city, and had a nice bar and restaurant. The bar and the restaurant closed to early for people checking in at all hours. Overall, the hotel was good, if looking for something cheaper. The facilities were nice.

The hotel front desk staff could not have been nicer. They were quite busy during this trade fair and the hotel was full. The breakfast was included and good for fair times. Many city hotels double their rates during shows and cut back on breakfast offerings but the breakfast was good and plentiful. The only complaint was the room attendants. They did not remove dirty glasses and coffee cups that I brought up from breakfast! They accumulated during the last 3 days! No wash cloths in the shower, so if you use them, bring your own. All in all, a good price and friendly staff. I would stay there again, if on a tight budget.

Great breakfast. Location. Nice hotel, I would recommend only if you have a car.

The hotel is located 5 minutes away from messe frankfurt. they will have a shoutle or taxi ready at any time. For business is a great option in the area, maybe it is the best of the moderate pricing level. I defenetely will recomend this hotel to anyone travelling for business. If you are travelling with the family the rooms will be small for that. the staff people is very friendly. they speak good english and the breakfast buffet is excellent.

The hotel is a nice facility, very clean and pleasant. The location is not convenient. I stayed here twice in one week. The hotel is clean, attractive, well-priced and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good. The location is somewhat in an industrial area; a 20-25 minute walk from the central train station, or a 6-7 euro cab fare. I couldn't find a restaurant nearby (except for the Asian Bistro). The second stay was on a weekend. Beware of a dance club on the other side of the wall of the east end of the hotel. The pounding noise until 2 am was not pleasant. I recommend asking for a room on the opposite end if staying there during the weekend.

Excellent value for the money and a Frankfurt Hotel. Rooms rather smallish to house 2 adult and 2 children. EXCELLENT location. BUS #37 stops 20-30 Yards from from door; a 10 min ride to main central station. will stay again due the great value for my money. breakfast was included!!!!!

Location from FRA airport. Cost of parking. Enjoyed our stay. Good breakfast. Would stay again if we return to Germany.

Really liked the hotel. Everything is relatively new and clean. The Rooms are Simple yet functional. Location is also great, close to the A5. This is not Luxury but for the price you pay you feel like you definately got the better end of the deal!

The hotel was clean. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. The location is not the easiest to get to. We took a taxi from the railroad station. We walked about ten minutes to dinner. We liked the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is not that convenient. You either take a bus or taxi to get there.

Friendly staff, hotel modern and clean. Far from U-Bahn, Strassenbahn. Rooms were a little small, but modern and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Nice bar, but didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant. Possibly the strangest thing was that the bathroom door doubled as the door to the toilet. In other words, close the door to the toilet and the bathroom door is open (and the "toilet room" isn't fully enclosed). Interesting. Also, the hotel isn't really near the Messe and you must use the bus to utilize FRA's public transport. But, if you have a car it's a perfect location -- plenty of free parking and relatively close to the center of town.

Trendy interior and clean room. In general, the hotel exceeded my expectation as it was listed as 2-star and located in the Hauptbanhof area. However, it turned out that the hotel has at least 3 star qualities, if not more, and the area it located is actually quiet and nice. The bus 37 goes directly to the hotel's front door. It took about the 10 minutes by bus and 25 minutes by walk. It was safe to walk from the train station to the hotel as the hotel is in the opposite way of the notorious red light area in front of main train station. The room is a little bit tiny but well designed and very clean. It was best for individual travel for its location, its price and its room.

Liked the professional staff, the cleanliness and the comfort. It was difficult to find the hotel and could only be found in the daylight. The hotel was new, clean, comfortable and nice. The staff was great. It is not near eating establishments. It is difficult to find. All map directions and map quest in Germany for hotels seem to be difficult because of infrastructure changes.

The rooms were very clean and I had access to an iron. The open closet area was very small. Great accommodation for the price. Rooms very clean, yet small. Currency exchange services available. The breakfast was excellent.

Price and location. Room size, not enough towels. Not too bad of a location, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was a little small but was not a big issue. Would stay again if traveling to Frankfurt.
