Located just North of Redwood Avenue of Giants off Hwy 101, exit Kenmar/Riverwalk to hotel. Known as "Sunny Fortuna", we're five miles east of the ocean, giving us milder and warmer weather. Located 15 minutes South of Eureka and Arcata. This is the favorite spot for leisure activity, business, hunting, hiking and fishing. Hotel is located across the street from River Lodge Conference Center and 5 minutes from Historic Victorian Village of Ferndale.
