Immediately greeted with my name and "we've been expecting you" gave me confidence that everything was going to be right with my reservation as we had a (very) late arrival. Clean, comfortable rooms and bedding and a fully stocked bathroom with plenty of plush towels. Solid rooms keep external noise out. Breakfast is included and each morning there was a variety of hot and cold food and beverages served buffet style. Very friendly and helpful staff is present. The indoor pool a definate plus for my grandson and I was grateful for the business center.

Good Breakfast with hot and cold foods. Very clean and nice room. Hotel is new. Flat screen TV..very nice. Only problem was that check-in and check-out were confusing because clerks didn't understand that hotel was booked online and payment had already been made. No real problem, just a little annoying. We were there for graduation at Ft. Knox and would recommend this hotel to any other family visiting this area. It was close to post with shopping and restaurants within short driving or walking distance depending on what you were looking for. Price extremely reasonable for what you get.

I enjoyed this hotel because it was very close to the military base I needed to visit. Cab services were outstanding and the hotel and cab company worked very well together. The one thing I didn't care for was that everyone smoked.

this hotel is one of the friendlies places i've ever stayed at. very clean. they went out of their way to make sure we got great service. i will stay their again when i go back. i loved their beds. i slept like a baby and i didn't even miss mine at home. it's a new hotel, close to everything. i will go back to visit family. i stay in hotels not with the relatives.

Nede a place to stay while visiting my son stationed at Fort Knox. The Holiday Inn Express in Radcliffe KY was convenient, affordable and comfortable. The free breakfast every morning offered more than the usual muffins and bagles and was just right to start off our day. The room was spacious and included every amenity, including a plasma TV. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay again when we visit our son. Also, hotel provided easy access to highway for traveling.

They are polite/honest/sincere/friendly/clean. It is a very nice environment especially you have it near the fort Knox base and for the military. Every parents and family needed a nice place to stay. You will be the next place with no availability with a lots of costumers are needed a place to stay.

The staff was very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. They arranged it so we could keep the same room. Also, their breakfast was wonderful it included a variety of options, fruit, yogurt, bagels, eggs, sausage, and waffles to name a few.

It was clean, smelled good, friendly desk staff, great breakfast. Difficult to spot from the highway, couldn't see a sign for it. We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The room was clean, bathroom was well stocked and the room was a good size for 4 people. We enjoyed the flat screen TV. The desk staff was friendly & helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean, friendly and breakfast was one of the best then any hotel we have ever been at. It needs a hot tub. Hotel was very nice and friendly would stay there again.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the overall appearance of the room was very nice. The bathroom shower head was awful. Water went everywhere. The only problem we had was at check-in. We did not like the room that they provided first.
