Booked this hotel as it was close to a concert venue. Was warmly greeted by the staff, Room was clean and reflected the recent renovation and the amenities reflected the value price point. Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. Centrally located to food, fuel and the highway. Friendly staff and an excellent free breakfast.

The modern feel of the decor and the friendliness of the staff. There was a table in the hallway of the floor that we were on that you could actually write your name in the dust. Great location, close to airport and area attractions, cheerful staff, quality breakfast overall great experience

Brand new hotel with excellent modern facilities. Everything is clean. Bathrooms are small and door runs into the toilet, but shower is nice and appearance is good. Price for hotel is higher than some others next door, but if you want new and clean, this is the place to go. Location is right across the street from food, movies, and shopping, and less than 1 mile from interstate. Staff is friendly and eager to please.

This hotel was clean, modern, and close to restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. The check-in staff was very nice and there was no wait. They had an indoor pool with one wall that opened to the outside (parking lot), and it looked good, but we did not have our suits. We also did not use the fitness center or stay for breakfast, so I can't comment on those. It was less than 1 mile from Interstate 84, and located just off Route 9, with plenty of restaurants very close by (although with traffic, walking/crossing the street is difficult). Our favorite places (within 1 mile of the hotel) were Panera, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Antonelli's Pizza, and Cafe Maya. There were 4 floors in total, with one elevator, which was not a problem as the place was not too busy. The entire hotel (hallways, rooms, and common areas) was clean and modern.

At first I was drawn to the contemporary decor. Being an aficianado of interior design, I immediately noticed the surprisingly clean and modern look. The hotel was brand new and the room was fabulous. The front desk clerk was really nice and helpful and suggested a wonderful steak house a few minutes away. When you're on the road a lot, you really like going to a place that's clean and comfortable. Not only was it clean and comfortable, but my colleagues were jealous that I was staying there. I highly suggest the upgrade I had a fabulous shower with the jets and a HUGE tv. Great stay.

Although the room seemed a little small (there were three of us) is was very clean and nicely appointed. The hotel is brand new and the lobby sparkles. The staff was very accomodating. I have had better breakfasts at other Holiday Inn Express locations, but it was certainly adequate. The pool was temporarily out of order, but the fitness center was available.

This hotel is amazing! When you walk into the lobby, you feel like you're in Manhattan. The decor of the entire property is on another level! The staff was very friendly and very accommodating, along with the service during their breakfast. The room; the room is where the magic is! The room had a 42" LCD TV!! That is larger than the one at our home. The bedding is brand new and as a result VERY comfortable. I will definately stay here again because of the sheer qulity of the room and staff awareness.

Clean, modern, relaxing. Cheap looking exterior and the only elevator was not working. Very nice rooms with LCD TV. Much nicer than the regular Holiday Inn which is rated higher at a 3star level. Would definitely use again if I could guarantee not to be upgraded to 3 star and stuck at a hotel that is worse as I was on another night of this trip. Upgraded to 3star from 2.5 but got stuck with regular Holiday Inn were the rooms are much more out dated and less attractive and smaller!

Location was clean and new. Staff is somewhat careless. New and small rooms but convenient to I-84 and a few mediocre chain eateries. Staff was careless and not helpful. Could not find desk clerk at 8 am when we checked out.

Beds were very comfortable! Hotel pool was closed the entire visit. It is small but clean room. Very comfortable beds! Room was small for the size of the TV was 42" flat screen. I felt like I was sitting in the front row of a movie theater when I was watching the TV. Overall a good experience. We have stayed in Holiday Inn Express hotels before and what we experienced was the same. Unfortunately we selected this hotel for the pool and it was out of order the entire visit.
