Business trip so i worked on report for the mornings meeting. desk that had set up for the laptop was crammed in the corner needed to be moved and I did just bad design on theor part. Biggestissue was room had not been vacummed. There were pieces of paer on the floor and I found a bobby pin on the night table. Sheets were clean it was 12 midnight when I checked in and I had work to do so I did not complain to the night manager. Additionallly hotel is under constructionand there is no elevator. Not a big deal for me but for someone w/ lots of luggage or health issues this is a big problem.

The staff, the renovated rooms, and the breakfast we didn't have time to eat. The elevator was being installed and was not ready to use yet. I thought it very good for the price we paid. The staff was all very helpful and the hotel was clean even though they were renovating. We were comfortable and taken care of.

I have stayed here on two different occasions and both times had a fantastic experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The shuttle to and from the airport is reliable and prompt. The rooms are clean and comfortable, I have recommended this hotel to many people and have heard only positive comments about their stays as well.

The only issue I had was no refrigerator in the room. Everything else was fine.

Convenience. Room had no clock and was very out-dated. No alarm clock in the room and the room was very outdated. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

Beds are saggy, rooms have a mildewy smell. The toilet has a water ring stain in it. I am an elite rewards member with this hotel group and they did not honor my room request ahead of time. The front desk clerk had to change the reservation 3 times to move me to a room on an upper level, and only when I asked where the elevators were did she mention that this hotel did not have an elevator. I will not stay here again.

Excellent hotel - the hotel recently renovated all of its rooms so all the rooms smell extremely fresh. The beds are the most comfortable thing my back has slept on!!!! I am deinifitly staying here again next time I come to Bradley Airport.Also they have the best breakfast and provide quick complimentary shuttles!

New beds, newly renovated. Friendly, courteous staff. Breakfast bar can use an upgrade.....but overall....very good!!! King size bed, microwave, fridge....staff took me for rental car...took me to dinner before rental car available.....outgoing.....try to make you feel at home. Excellent Internet connection......my luggage got lost...(go airport!!)...and they went out of their way t get me what I needed......seemed...to care!!!!

rooms are recently renovated. very clearn. friendly staff. internet access. shuttle driver waited to let us get breakfast in the morning. picked us up promptly when we returned to airport.

The Holiday Inn Express, East Windsor, CT. was just right after long day of travel from the Pacific Northwest. The location is near the airport, easy to find, yet far enough away from the airport to not have any city or flight noise. The location is right off the main highway, so no time was lost in traveling to our next destination. The air conditioner was quiet and efficient. Many items were available at the free breakfast. If I were going back to the Hartford airport, I would stay at the East Windsor Holiday Inn Express again.

It was not close to the airport (15 minutes). I had no problem with the hotel. The staff was very helpful. It is hard to rate the rest as I got there late and left early so I didn't see much. My room was fine.

Be skeptical of this one. It's not as good as it sounds. I booked this one for the ""FREE SHUTTLE"". However, when I called from the airport, to be picked up, I was told that the shuttle service is only part-time, - and this isn't the time. I had to hire my own taxi. - 23+When I called & complained to the manager(?), She tried to pass the blame and refused to reimburse me. That's not all. The plumbing is bad at this place. I checked in, unpacked & got comfortable.At 1am I flushed the toilet, and it backed up all over the room. I had to wade around repacking to move to another room.

The room was fine for the price. I experienced problems with not being given a working room key 2 nites in a row. The security locks on the outside doors indicated that a room key was required to open them but they opened without a room key. They charged my stay to my credit card, which I had to get corrected. I will not stay ther again, unless there is no other choice.

The easy on/off to the highway, the relaxed yet more then ample continental breakfast. And the easy assistance of the hotel crew made it very nice. The renovations to the front of the bldg. Was a small inconvenience. Great!

Very friendly, helpful staff. Some stained towels and sheets. The hotel's front area was under construction, which wasn't an issue for us, as it did not affect the stay. The front desk was extremely helpful when we needed to add an extra night and made sure we could keep our rooms between the 2 reservations. Only real complaint is that some of the towels and sheets (very few) had stains on them. The hotel is just fine if you need a place to sleep for as little money as possible.

The parking lot was close to the hotel and there was a continental breakfast included. The room smelled very badly, the TV did not work; the room doors did not open and close freely because of the thickness of the carpet. A budget hotel, under construction, does not expect much in the way of amenities or conditions, though it is convenient to the highway and convenient for travelers using the Bradley Airport. If you need a good night's sleep and the bed and room temperature are important to you, look elsewhere.

Location and it was located close to restaurants and stores. Breakfast area too small. If you're going to the Hartford Civic Center and don't want to stay downtown this was great for getting on and off the interstate.
