yes the room keys dont work a lot of the time at present i had a long term stay 30+ days and my wife with me so the keys didnt work well and haves internet access but problems only works in lobby for the most part but room service is good

Neat and clean room, nice breakfast offering, close to freeway. Staff was slightly aloof, no one around for early, early morning checkout. The location was convenient - close to restaurants and the freeway. The room was clean and kept well-stocked during my five-night stay. The staff was adequately polite, but I wouldn't say friendly. No air conditioning in the lobby or in the hallways, so waiting for others became uncomfortable. Also, on my last night I inquired if someone would be available at the desk for my 4 am check-out and was assured someone is here all the time. But when I arrived at the desk it was deserted. I called out for assistance - no answer. Nor was there a response to my knocking on the office door. I finally had to write a note and leave it with my room keys without actually signing off on the room. The next day I called from home to verify management had received my note/keys, but was immediately put on hold then transferred to another number where no one answered. Very unprofessional.

Comfortable bed, great breakfast andclean. This is a new hotel. It has so many well though out features. The staff is friendly and helpful. Security is good and over-all the property is attractive.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They kept the hotel clean. Didn't have the supplies for the laundry. Despite of somewhat unsafe looking neighborhood, the hotel looked attractive. It has most of the amenities I can think of - internet use, dining, and exercise room.

Wonderful staff, clean nice rooms, great TV, great breakfast. Great. Front desk friendly and helpful - clean, big room with a lot of extras.

The staff was very nice. The young lady in the breakfast area was outstanding! Outside was a bit run down around the hotel, trees would help. Overall it was a very nice place. It was value add and the staff made up for the location.

Convenient for my travel. TV volume was broken. Unable to fix. The front desk attendant was very nice, but there were children and friends milling around in the lobby. When I left to have dinner, I informed the front desk person that the volume on my television was very loud and would not go down. She told me that the TV's were programmed that way. It was never fixed.

It was neat and clean, nicely decorated, good breakfast, nice pool and hot tub. The cable TV did not have a cartoon channel for my son to watch and no Spanish channels so that my husband could watch soccer. The hotel was nice and clean. I enjoyed my overall experience in the hotel. As for my visit in Perris. Not the best place in the world to visit.
