The paint was chipped off the door frame to bathroom as well as mold on ceiling, fan was extremely loud & didn't serve it's purpose. The room needed a good dusting. The breakfast was bad. We had to go next door to McDonalds & saw 3 other families from the hotel there. There was alot of noise in the hallway after 10:00 pm. I put a note under the managers door & there was no response. The pool needed cleaned.

It was comfortable and clean, well apportioned with amenities that I've found in much more expensive hotels. Finding the entrance from the main road. This hotel looks and feels as thought it was just built - clean, well maintained, nice rooms - but the staff said that it was just renovated. I was greeted with a smile and a friendly voice and left the following day with the same type of welcoming service. I would be happy to stay here again and probably will.

The hotel was newly renovated, tv's could use some updating. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly, and attentive. The mattress had a faulty spring, and when we informed the manager he was very prompt to switch with another one, that came from a smoking room, (we don't smoke) and our pajamas smelled like cigarettes all night, and it was very difficult to sleep. There was a lot of food choices nearby, and very close to major highways. Overall it was a good place to stay, not a 5 star hotel with good amenities, but ok for the price.

The room was well appointed and very comfortable. The beds were the best and the pillow cases were embroidered with soft or firm for your comfort.

Hotel forgot to clean room and we had to request cleaning several times

We frequently come out to the Farm Show Complex for events and have been staying at different hotels in the area without really finding that one, special hotel, until now. The Holiday Inn Express was great! Good location, good surroundings (restaurants, pharmacies, etc.) and the staff were wonderful.

Found this hotel through the internet. Very close to our vacation destination - Hersheypark! We travel to this area often thoughout the year and this was the first visit to this hotel. Very nice and clean compared to newer and higher priced hotels. The hotel staff was very friendly. We will be staying there again our next visit...

Competent staff, beautiful room, good breakfast.

Room was spacious, beds were soft. The hotel was dirty from the time you walked in the door. Carpets dirty, elevators dirty, rooms dirty. The bathroom faucets and tubs were disgusting. Mens facial hair all over the faucets and just crud. Yuk! Would not use tub there either, because was filthy. Seemed to be a real party hotel. Lots of beer bottles in the hall next morning.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very courteous. The elevator took a long time to work. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was clean and newly renovated. The staff was extremely helpful and always a pleasure to deal with. I will always look for another Holiday Inn Express next time we travel.

Staff was helpful & friendly. Hotel met all my needs. Appreciated the toiletries and fridge. Bathroom was a bit small. I am always impressed with Holiday Inn hotels. The staff is never to busy to treat guests with respect. I will stay at this hotel again next year and recommend it to others.

I enjoyed everything. Only one elevator. The location was good for traveling to Hershey Park. It was very clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable. I loved the shower. The small refrigerator was very convenient. The free continental breakfast was very good and much more than expected. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent price, clean, friendly staff, close to everything, would stay again. Not enough channels on TV. We had a 2 night, 3 day stay, with our 2 young children, it was quiet, room was excellent, pool was clean and warm, staff always met our needs.

I liked that it had a hot breakfast buffet and the swimming pool was open late. The hotel was very clean. The staff was nice and helpful. Check in and check out was super quick. It was a very pleasant stay.

Easy to find and get to. Room a bit cramped for 3, room small. Quality appropriate to the price.

The room was very nice. Bathroom was very small. Good location. Stayed there when we visited Hershey Park. It was only 15 minutes away. The room was very nice size and clean. The bathroom was very small. Overall great experience.

Staff was very helpful. The water was very hard. Needs a softener system. Convenient to Hershey park and shopping. Also had discount ticket for the park. About 10 minutes from the park.

Everything. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Convenient. Heated outdoor pool. Friendly Staff. We thought the hotel was very nice and child friendly. We have a six yr old and a two yr old. We had no problems. They had a nice breakfast to get us off to a great start. The staff was friendly. The room was clean.

Very clean and accommodating. Nothing. It was a great place to stay with my kids and husband as we traveled during our family vacation. Very affordable and close to many restaurants and shopping.

It was convenient to Hershey and it's attractions. The staff was less than friendly and our room was not cleaned nor beds made while we were there. The hotel was freshly decorated and visibly refinished in many parts of the hotel. However they were completing renovations, which left some areas very messy and noisy during our stay. The initial desk staff was less than friendly when we arrived a little early for check in; telling us there were no rooms available and that we needed to come back after 3 pm check in. We were only a half hour early. We stayed 2 nights and our room was not serviced by housekeeping at all during our stay-beds were not made and towels and coffee were not replaced. When we called housekeeping to complain, we were told they would make a note of it. It was difficult to even get additional towels from the staff. They have a continental breakfast, which was well stocked and readily available. The room served it's purpose, but it wasn't the nicest nor friendliest place we've ever stayed.
