At first we thought, this is nice, then we opend the bathroom door to find soiled linens and opened soap on the counters... it only got worse....

Newly renovated, modern decor, clean, very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is sufficient but low quality (in the realm of McDonald's).

The hotel is a very nice establishment. The staff is very friendly and the amenities at the this hotel are very nice as well. I am a work out fanatic and this is one of the best fitness center I have ever worked out in at a Holiday Inn Express. The hot breakfast was great. My room was very nice especially the spacious bathroom and the 32" LCD Flat panel TV.

There was a dirty paper cup and napkin in a drawer in the room. Desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The renovation of this property is great. The rooms are updated nicely and the beds are very comfortable. I will stay here again when I am in the area. The front desk staff was very cordial and had us checked in quickly. Great hotel for the area. Close to everything - go to the Twin City Diner for lunch, dinner, or drinks - fantastic place also.

Very helpful staff and great breakfast. Pillows are too thick. Hotel was great. The staff was very helpful. I had forgotten a belt and the staff helped locate a place to purchase a new one. The breakfast was very good. Only complaint was that the pillows are very thick, and I had trouble falling to sleep.

The hotel is currently being renovated. Our rooms had already been completed and were very nice. New mattresses, bed linens, etc, were in place. Made the rooms seem cleaner, fresher. Common areas were being renovated so there was some dust from concrete and fumes from paint. Still we were pleasantly surprised by the update of the facility.

The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were extremely clean. The lobby smelled like fried food. I really enjoyed my stay here... great rooms, very clean, microwave and refrigerator in the room was an added plus. The staff was extremely helpful and the hotel's proximity to the hospital and the universities made it a great place to stay.

Continental breakfast awesome. Price--didn't get in until 2:00 a.m./liked to get discounted rate. The room was very clean, and the facility met our purposes. Wish I could have gotten there sooner to enjoy the room. My wife went to hospital across the way for surgery and the location was convenient. The price was a little more than I had hoped, but procrastination makes for higher prices.

Quiet comfortable room. Waffles stuck to waffle iron. A quiet comfortable room. The carpets obviously need an update showing age and wear. The waffle iron needed a non-stick coating. It would have been nice to have a computer for guests. The front desk employees were very courteous and helpful.

The room was neat and pleasantly decorated. The room had a musty smell, either from the air conditioning system. There was obvious water damage on the walls around the window. Nice area and easy to find. Staff was pleasant and attentive. Room was neat and pleasant to the eye. Disappointed with the musty smell of the room and the noisy air conditioning unit. Obvious water damage around the windows where the plaster was bubbled up on the wall. This was the first impression that we were met with when we opened the door.
