When I arrived at the Hotel, I was exhausted from my travels. I wanted to check in early. The front desk staff, had me take a seat, spoke with housekeeping and I was in my room in 20 minutes. Now, that's customer service!

Clean, beautiful view of city, nice location, excellent breakfast. Exactly one parking space per hotel room, no extra spaces. Nice clean room with a view, comfortable bed and good breakfast all for a reasonable price.

I stayed 3 days on a personal trip to Spokane and loved the location. Parking is free and you can walk to downtown. Breakfast spread was impressive--good selection, tasty and fresh. Cookies in the evening and coffee all the time. Lobby was very inviting with fireplace and homey feel. Everything was clean and new. Great view of downtown from my room since the hotel is elevated above the rest of the area. Good value for the money.

The Holiday Inn Express was and is always a very comfortable stay for me. The staff are positive and go out of their way to be accomodating. The rooms are large, and nicely decorated. The bathrooms are very clean and the towels are extra thick and monogramed. Not only is there a micro wave but a small refrigerator. The continental breakfast is way beyond what other hotels offer and getting a newspaper is always appreciated by me. I was looking forward to milk and cookies but I got in so late that they were all gone. Next time. Whenever I go to Spokane I stay at this hotel and will do so in the future. It is a real value for my money and a very pleasant experience.

the rooms are stylish and bright. The staff was fun and friendly. High Speed internet was quick and easy to use. ( Wireless and wired net) Had to check in early 8:00am and had no problems.

Very clean, staff friendly, great view from rooms of downtown. The beds are very uncomfortable. Overall I was very pleased with the hotel, but did dislike the comfort of the mattresses. I loved the view over the city, and the close distance to downtown.

Welcoming, clean and cozy. The night manager lacked people friendly skills. The morning breakfast person was wonderful! The hotel was aesthetically beautiful and comfortable. Would go there again.

Location, fast check in and friendly staff. Noisy, from next door rooms and from above. Power was off for most of our stay. Power to hotel went off at 10:40 pm and wasn't back on when we left at 8:30 am. We could not see a thing in our room and could have been a problem if a fire would have started--no phones, TV, coffee, breakfast, etc.

This hotel was very clean! The parking was a bit tight in their lot. I was very pleased with how clean this hotel was. The staff was very friendly and the location was great. It would be a perfect hotel if you are in Spokane for an event at the Arena.

Great breakfast and location. Nothing. We were visiting family in Spokane. The hotel had clean, comfortable rooms; friendly, helpful staff; a close-in convenient location; great parking and a really great hot breakfast that made mornings relaxed and easy. With our five-year-old in tow, the convenient breakfast was a lifesaver.

Extremely friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. I was so pleased. I have stayed at numerous hotels in Spokane, but this is one I will come back to. Truly, each staff member was friendly. My children were comfortable and I felt very safe there. What cleanliness!
