the hotel is ok it would be better if they had a better television selection as the army is everywhere its kind of hard to be out on the town so it was quite boring being stuck in there all the time

Swimming pool was great.However, I think there was a little too much chlorine in the water. Kids got a small rash. (They were in it all day though) Staff was wonderful. They were friendly and serving. My family spent 4 days and 3 nights and we enjoyed it very much. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.Complete hot breakfast.

Great free breakfast and wonderful room w/hot water. The hotel was wonderful, other than the fact that it isn’t' close to the new Mexican consultant. With in walking distance to a mall and restaurants. Beautiful on the inside and staff is friendly and understanding.

I don't know were to start as the Holiday Inn Express in Ciudad Juarez exceeded all my expectations. My wife and I have stayed at other places in Ciudad Juarez and none can compare with the great atmosphere and excellent service that is provided at the Holiday Inn. This trip to Juarez was to do business at the American Consulate. During this trip I had a chance to talk with others about their accommodations and I?m glad I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. I have another trip in July and I already made my reservations. ?\tThe hotel has free wireless internet in the whole hotel; ?\tThere is also a great hot breakfast with many items to please everyone. For sure a great start for any day. ?\tThe hotel is within walking distance of the consulate, malls, stores, restaurants, car rental, movies, museum, clubs and pretty much everything you want/need to do in Juarez. ?\tOne of the best perks at this hotel is the incredible and comfortable bed and linens and pretty much everything else in the room. ?\tThe pool was a great way to relax after being in line and under the sun a whole day. ?\tRoom service was actually better than the two restaurants that we visited and at a great price. ?\tThe business center has 4 computers, fax, and copy machine for any last minute paper work you might need to do. ?\tOn my first stay I got a great price! This time I got even a better deal due to making advance reservations. Overall this hotel is the best place to stay while in Juarez! I have already recommended it to all my friends that are going to Juarez to do business at the consulate.

i enjoyed staying there i was a very clean enivorment. the cleanning lady was very nice and she cleaned great. i liked that the hotel had a computer room at no cost is was great.the pool was well heated to the point that it was the great temp.the breakfest could be a little better but it was still good.also the beds were so comfortable i enjoyed it.i' m actually going back in dec. and do plan to stay again.

Very happy with this hotel, comfortable, clean, well located and great pool, helpful staff and right next door great restaurant 'Sanborn's. Short taxi ride to American consulate, but also walking distance of about 4 city blocks. Good TV reception, good internet connect in the room, secure parking. Highly recommend it.

The staff was great very helpful. There was nothing not to dislike. The front desk was very helpfull, room service was good and the safety and how clean it was it was excellent .I would highly recommend the hotel.

The Holiday Inn Express in Ciudad Juarez MX was very nice. It was extremely clean, there were people constantly cleaning the entire time we were there. The room was very comfortable and the staff was freindly and helpful. I would stay there again. They were very accomodating and called Taxis when we needed one etc. The hotel was in a safe area and had a mall and restaurants within walking distance. The included breakfast was good as well. Had a little mexican and american, something for all of us.

The hotel was very nice to stay in, the staff members were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom are always nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable to sleep in.

the holiday inn express was very nicely kept, with staff that were very courteus and tryed to help in anyway possible. it was a very clean kept place and very comfortable. It had an area with computers that i found very comvenient to go online check emails and purchase plane tickets. There were many things close by like a shopping center banks and restaurants. The location was very good for the conditions because juarez streets are very irregular to american standsards.
