Our room was in great shape when we checked in. We had three bath towels for a room reserved for 4 people. On our return to our room for our second night we had no towels, washclothes, hand towels or bath mat. Also, we had no kleenex, shampoo or soap. The desk staff did a great job of supplying what we needed even though that should not have fallen to them. Otherwise our room was clean and comfortable.

No nasty bedspreads & a relatively quiet room AC unit; exceptionally clean bathroom; computer terminal with internet access in lobby. Soiled & stained wash cloths; front desk staff that was unaware of local restaurant offerings, that is, no knowledge of places that offered Sunday brunch.

My best friend and I recently stayed here for a little weekend getaway and we were very impressed with the hotel. It was nice and clean, a great place to stay and in a decent location. We aren't from the Cincinnati area, so we didn't know where things were, but it was very easy to get to. I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area! The only thing we were hoping the hotel had was a hot tub, but you can't have everything, right? Check in/out were also a breeze since I booked online.

Size of room. No elevator to the second floor. Very inconvenient. Staff was friendly, if pool had been warmer and there had been easier way to the second floor it would have been better.

The staff was friendly; there was an indoor pool and a continental breakfast which was OK. Coffee was pretty good. There was not a hot tub. No public washer and dryer; no microwave down in the breakfast area; Rooms were very small for 5 people. I was expecting more than what we got. The pool area was nice, but the water was cold. For an indoor pool you expect the water to be a little warmer, no hot tub. I thought the description stated a hot tub. I also thought the description indicated a laundry facility. We have 5 people in my family and there were two queen size beds which were nice but the room was so crowded you had no place to put everything. The beds were hard as rocks; the pillows were nice and they gave us very large towels but they would only give us 3. Like I said, we have 5 in our family. We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days, after the first few days I was feeling Closter phobic. Something else I thought was very odd, in their vending machine, they sold microwave popcorn. However, they did not have a microwave to pop it in. No in room movies. I was disappointed with this hotel.
