I would stay here again. The hotel was very clean, the staff was helpful and the breakfast was delicious - lots of choices! My only negative experience was the noise level. The rooms must be very thin because we could hear conversations and a screaming baby in the next room.

Convenient location for my needs, clean and comfortable. Small entrance area withh luggage. Clean and well maintained, convenient to shopping and restaurants, convenient access to city of Charlotte for business travelers.

Visiting friends who lived in Charlotte. Hotel was a great meeting spot - three separate reservations (other friends) made the trip enjoyable. I didn't hear a single complaint from anyone. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful when we requested directions or advice. Definitely would stay here again the next time I am in Charlotte.

Location and price. Refrigerator clicked all night long and had to be unplugged. Excellent location at the intersection of a major highway and a shopping center. Good restaurants near by.

The hotel is located just off the highway near a mall. Great area for shopping. The breakfast the hotel offered was worth getting out of bed for. Overall the hotel appeared to be very clean, however the double queen bed room I was in was a small. Customer service is a strenght. Great hotel to stay in for your trip back home.

Great Service andprice. I didn't dislike anything. Everything was great! This was the nicest Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed in. The service was great and the room looks exactly like the picture. Staff was very helpful with my needs and I recommend them to anyone.

Check in staff were very helpful. Room was basic, but nice and was a good size. It had a desk but no table. The hotel breakfast was good. An unforseen event resulted in no water to the hotel. Without hesitation they made arrangements to provide all guests with alternate accomocations that had water. Well done!

I called the hotel because we got lost getting there from the airport. The lady who answered the phone could not have been more pleasent. She gave us great directions and when we walk in she greeted us with I am glad your here;. She knew we were the couple who had called. I don't know how but she knew. If I go back to Charlotte again this will be the only place I stay. The staff was wonderful. The service was wonderful. It was a great experience. I would recomend it.

Hotel was clean and well kept. Front desk personell was most helpful and polite. House keeping personell was also polite and responded to our requests in a timely manner. If we are in the area in the future we would attempt to make our reservations at this hotel.

Convenient location for my destination. No complaints. Reasonably priced with acceptable breakfast. Easy access from highway, easy checkout. This hotel worked out well for our needs.

My wife and I could not have been more pleased staying at this Holiday Inn Express. From the check-in to the check-out it was seamless. The large room with two queen beds was outstanding in it cleanliness! When this hotel offers a no smoking room they mean it! This was not a whiff of nasty cigarette smell that is common in a hotel over 5 years old, even in a non smoking room. You can walk to a couple of great chain restaurants and a shopping mall across the street. Best of all, the continental breakfast was excellent and gosh there was even fresh fruit! Stay here from a day to a week and you will really be pleased.

The staff was extremely accommodating. Pool lights illuminated the rooms on the south side. This hotel is a good value with a great staff. It is located near enough to the airport and upscale areas of Charlotte to be a great stay.
