Fine for a buget hotel......room not big but thats asia.

Booked 2 days in advance, I was pleasantly surprised with Express by Holiday Inn Hong Kong. It's a little weird walking into the lobby - looks more like a place you'd purchase movie tickets than a hotel - but all very clean and clinical looking. The room on Hong Kong standards was quite spacious - brand new fittings and decent internet connection for free. The bathroom was very clean, trendy and although compact, well thought out. I particularly liked the 2-way door. Could act as a door to the entire bathroom, or close at 90 deg to shut off just the toilet leaving the bathroom free for someone else to use / shower. Breakfast is also included - but i didn't use the coupon. Hong Kong has so many other good choices for breakfast! The size of the bed was also impressive (using Hong Kong standards). I would stay there again.

Right in the heart of Causeway Bay's shopping district, this is a nice budget hotel. A clean room and bathroom were small for US standards, but fine for Hong Kong. The staff was friendly. The main flaw is that you can not drink the water in the room, so get some bottled water on arrival. A Pizza Hut & good steakhouse onsite & KFC nearby.

Great location for the HK 7's, stadium is walking distance. Hotel clean and modern. Breakfast (incl) truly awful, plastic cutlery, plastic food. Best forget it and pop into Times Square (right behind the hotel)

I have never been to a hotel where they will actually charge you for keeping bags and suitcases for HK$30 per piece. This is absolutely ridiculous even if the rate is competitive and I will not stay there again.

Stayed there over Christmas Period. Room is a bit too small though so it's quite pricey considering that the room is so small. But other than that location is excellent and the room is pretty clean.
