Great stop if you are treveling through Denver

Clean & comfortable. Toilet flush bad. Called front desk for plunger, they asked me to come & get it rather than bringing it to me. 3rd floor squeaked when walking. Clean. Comfortable setting. Comfortable bed. Wide variety for breakfast. Friendly staff.

Although my stay was without any substantial disappointment, there were a couple of things the hotel could do to accomodate travelers a little better. Breakfast: Pretty disappointing. The biscuits were at least a day old. The bacon was almost like cotton candy - it sort of disintegrated in your mouth. I don't know how they sliced the bacon that thin to begin with. The only appetizing food was the cinnamon roll - fresh every day. Room: The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work and the A/C didn't work that well. I had to clean the filter myself because it was beyond filthy. I would have been dying if it were the middle of summer. I was under the impression I had internet access in my room via a plug-in. That was not the case. My laptop proved useless without internet access so I was forced to use the community computer downstairs to check e-mail, etc. The staff was extremely nice and accomodating which made my stay pretty good overall.

Location is great, easy access and plenty of nearby restaurants and activities.

We stayed at this hotel because of convenience to the Colorado Renaissance Festival. The front desk clerk went above and beyond her duties to accommodate us and make sure everything was in order and ready for our arrival. The only negative thing about our visit was the free breakfast. The hot food left little to be desired, but we will definitely consider this hotel again on our next visit.

The front desk staff. There was no place near the shower to hang a towel. No fault of the hotel, but the people in the room next door were very loud until pretty late. Otherwise we had a nice stay. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally nice and accommodating.

We stayed in aug 2008, the staff was super helpful and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was an excellent surprise. We would reccommend this for the whole family. They are close to an italian resturant that has homemade pasta that was a great evening dinner. Their location is easy to access going to Denver and/or Colorado Springs.

The Holiday Inn Express was more then I expected. It was in a central location. The Outlet Mall was three miles away. I would stay there again.

Very good continental breakfast, more than just toast, cold cereal, and coffee. Some noise from guests above walking around very early in the morning. This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are good sized with nice bathrooms and fit the bill as a good middle of the road hotel experience.

They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this holiday inn express without reservation. I heard the staff talking to other customers - one wanted coffee, staff asked if she would like "real cream" with her coffee. This is what I call above & beyond the norm.

Girls at front desk were excellent. Bed was too hard. Overall value was good - bed was a little too hard for me - was able to use a full service gym a short walk across the street.

Very friendly staff. I'd return. Room was by the ice machine. My husband and me were pleasantly pleased with the spaciousness and appointments of our hotel room. We really appreciated the microwave oven and the fridge. It made it easier to bring back leftovers from he Thanks giving dinner at my brothers. The room was clean and the linens very good quality and fluffy. Thebathroom as stocked and kept sparkling. The staff was exceptional, very friendly, very helpful. We really enjoyed our visit and will stay there again.
