Very clean and updated decor. Noisy rooms and very hard beds. Okay. The breakfast was good, pool nice, beds were very uncomfortable and noise level was high. So the whole reason for staying at a hotel, sleep, was not achieved very easily.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and the kids loved the warm pool and hot tub. The breakfast items were plentiful and the work out room was great. The staff was friendly and our room was clean. Some of the other reviews mentioned the beds were hard and I would have to agreee. If I could change ONE thing, I would change the matress. It was very firm but some people prefer that. But my husband and I were sore and uncomfortable when we woke up and didnt sleep that well. Location was great, and liked that fact that Chilis and Dennys were next door.

"I was annoyed with the whole stay, but got really upset when they charged my credit card 15 dollars after I left, due to a stain on a hand towel, that I didn't even cause.Other than that, walls were very thin, don't expect to get any rest. And the manager dresses very innapropriate, in knee high boots and short skirts. Won't be back."

Nothing, it was dirty and staff not willing to help with problem. Nothing, for the price, it was awful, changed to another hotel it was so bad. This was a dive.

Great room for a short stay. Anything more than two days I'd request a more comfortable and spacious room, w/ a kitchenette. The beds were a bit hard. I always bring my own pillow with me because I don't always like hotel pillows. The ones here were a bit fluffy for my taste. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very pleasant. Continental breakfast was a nice perk as well -- great choices!

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Friendly staff even with our middle of the night arrival. None. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. It appeared fairly new. The breakfast had many selections and one of the best I have seen. Location was great, not in the middle of town but convenient.

We stayed for two nights and thought it was a pretty good place. The room was clean and quite and the staff was friendly, but the $*/night price was a little high for the quality.

It was clean and comfortable. The Pool! Free breakfast! Hot tub! The air conditioning noise made it impossible to sleep. We enjoyed our stay here, our room was very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It looks to be fairly new. The breakfast, although tasty, could use some more healthy additions fruit? Granola? If you like crabs, this is the place. The air conditioning was great, but noisy. Take earplugs. The pool was nice, but the water was like bath water nice if you like warm pools, but it was over 90 degrees outside, so it was disappointing. The hot tub was actually hot, which is unusual. Removal of a lot of poorly place plants, most of which were dead, would benefit this place. Especially one poor fern, hanging on a vent from a hanger - we decided it had been a bad fern, and was placed in time out. Overall, it was a nice stay, and we would stay there again.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We never get the same person twice, and they must have poor communication between them. They say they will take care of the problem and get back to us, but nothing has been done.

It would have been nice to know that the place is under construction and the emergency exits on the east side of the hotel are closed. The place seemed newly renovated but the walls and floors were so thin you could here your neighbors walking around and using the bathroom. The beds were very uncomfortable. Unfortunately this is probably the nicest place to stay in this crappy little town.

The hotel was very clean! The pool was heated and very comfortable! Nice breakfast! Non-smoking room smelt like smoke. This hotel was very nice! The pool was so warm my wife actually went swimming! The room was clean and the breakfast was very good!

Stayed for a week. Staff is VERY accomodating. Very convenient to everything. Heated pool very nice! We will definitely stay here again in 2 years when we come back.

The pool was nice. The beds were as hard as sleeping on the floor. They were terrible. The hotel was obviously new, but the beds were extremely hard. The staff was not knowledgeable about the area or just very unfriendly and unwilling to talk to you about surrounding attractions.

I have stayed in many of the hotels in Canon City as we visit family about once a month. Great place to stay and the staff was very helpful and kind. Indoor pool was great although spa was really foamy!!

Location. The room was plain. And the hot tub didn't work. The staff didn't want to do anything to help. They knew the tub was bad and they rented the room any way. The trip was my 12year anniversary and the hotel staff didn't care if the tub worked or not. Then came to fix it and all they did was beat it with a tool.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, easy access, very quiet. Only 1 elevator, very far from room. It is new, so especially clean. All the staff you meet is very friendly and professional. Easy in and out. Several nice restaurants are located near by. Close to the tourist areas. They were doing some remodeling while we were there but kept the noise down and quit work before it would bother anyone trying to sleep.

The complimentary breakfast was terrific! Kids loved it. There were no toilet paper refills or Kleenex refills in the room and we almost ran out. This hotel suited our needs as a place to home after we were out and about sight seeing all day. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and there was a Denny's and Chili's within walking distance for dinner. The complimentary breakfast was perfect, well stocked, and had plenty of choices for the kids. We would stay again.
