the rooms were very nice and every thing was great except the indoor swimming pool. the pool room was so hot and noisy that i would not go in there, there were only a few kids in the pool but the acoustics were very bad.

The staff is friendly and also supplieda nice express breakfast. When we arrived there was black hair all over my top blanket and on the bathroom sink. Overall it was not a bad stay. It was the nicest hotel in the area and if I ever were to return I would probably stay there again.

We were in Campbellsville for a funeral. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. All the other staff we encountered were friendly and helpful as well. The rooms are very nice and clean. We will be visiting Campbellsville in the furture and plan to stay at the Holiday Inn again.

Quiet. Hot tub cold and bugs in the indoor pool. Very quiet hotel. Breakfast very nice. Only complaint was hot tub not hot and pool had a lot of bugs in it. They could have easily been cleaned out. There were about 20 dead ones on the top of the water and a bunch on the bottom. Doesn't look like the pool in cleaned enough and this is an indoor pool.

We have stayed here a few times, along with other places in Campbellsville, while visiting our daughter at the university. Holiday Inn Express has become our favorite. The staff is super-friendly and helpful; breakfast is one of the best we've seen; hotel is always clean and inviting. My husband always hits the pool and is always pleased. I wish all hotels were staffed and run so well.

I was extremely surprised at this hotel especially since the price was so low. The hotel is newer so the rooms were nice and clean. The free continental breakfast was by far the best I have ever seen. I will always stay at a Holiday Inn Express from now on!

Availability, makes me comfortable, no worry about safety. The need for better ventilation in the pool, too hot! The hot tub jets were not working again. I would guess out of four stays there only one time did the jets work. I like the breakfast bar, however they wait until there is nothing left of an item prior to re-filling that item and I saw folks go up and come back empty because they were out of something. I understand they do not want to waste and do not want to put out more than needed, but when the room is half full and they are out of eggs, sausage and bananas someone needs to get busy. The old southern hospitality goes out the door with the breakfast bar lady, she quietly moved around and did not even speak when spoken to. She could have been friendly. I am comfortable staying there when we visit family and feel safe which says something as that is not an easy statement for me to make at most places. I would feel comfortable staying there alone and be just fine. I did use the computer in the lobby, but one couple tended to stay on a long time and had to wait quite a while to access it. I looked two or three times and they were still on it.

What impressed my husband and I about this hotel was the personal attention that the manager gave us. He even scraped our car windows. There was nothing that I did not like about this hotel. This was the nicest Holiday Inn Express that we have ever stayed in. The rooms were very clean. I appreciated the new linens that were used on our beds to replace the old bedspreads that are typically found in hotels. The staff was very courteous and helpful. There was a very nice continental breakfast with the breakfast area clean and the food good for the typical continental breakfast.

All the staff was very nice & helpful. Loved the pool and hot tub. Wish all rooms came standard with small refrigerator and microwave. Overall, I would say this one falls into one of the top five of the nicest hotels that we have stayed at.
