We stayed at this Holiday Inn because of the location. We should have stayed somewhere else. The bathroom had not been cleaned and the trashcans in the room still had food in them from the previous guest. The walls even seemed dirty. We were put on the 4th floor because we requested a crib and that is where the cribs are stored. It turns out the 4th floor is a smoking floor. We were kept up all night by young kids going in and out of their rooms all night. I suggesting finding another hotel.

Clean, free WIFI, free breakfast included, better than the Hilton in Chicago where they charged for every tiny thing! Hot tub was being repaired. Coffee was bland. Clean. Up to date bedding and decor. Free WIFI. Swimming pool. Family friendly. Easy access to lots of stores and restaurants. Great breakfast. Better than the 4 star hotels that charge for every little thing!

I regularly travel to Cambridge on business and have found the Holiday Inn Express to be the best hotel to stay at. Sure, the Hyatt is nice too, however, it certainly is not affordable with rates upwards of * per night that do not include breakfast. The Holiday Inn Express is about half the price and has all of the ammenities that I need (pool/hot tub, free high speed, etc.) great rooms, very friendly staff, better/easier to get to location than some of the other hotels and free hot breakfast that is much better than the other limited service properties in Cambridge. Also, I like that they have a ton of cable channels. For me, this is the best value in the area and I would definitely recommend it to any business travelor or family.

The staff was wonderful but this hotel has a serious bedbug problem. I wound up sitting up in the armchair most of the night to avoid additional bites.

Not being disturbed when posting the do not disturb sign. The continental breakfast, ran out of food with only about ten people present. Needs more variety! Overall, an average stay for the price.

Very friendly staff. While eating the continental breakfast a hotel worker (not sure if manager) brought us water & ask where we were headed. He then brought over a map for the next county we were headed to and gave us some suggestions to visit. We took the ferry he recommended and had a great trip. It's refreshing to talk to people who so obviously enjoy their jobs.

With very few options in the Cambridge area, the holiday inn express provides a consistent hotel experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

This hotel had bedbugs when we stayed. The ONE person there was unprofessional and unknowlegable. Corporate has been unhelpful and management was non exsistant.

No windows that open, refrigerator did not cool and did not like scrambled eggs. Overall, I had a very nice stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Cambridge Maryland. I was warmly greeted by the staff and the room was nice overall. Good coffee, nice big showers in rooms.

Perfect for our location and our needs. Nothing. Very accomodating. The Holiday Express in Cambridge was excellent. We had a wonderful time. The price was right and the services excellent. We greatly enjoyed swimming in the pool and the hot tub. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly and helpful. We plan to return.

Location to event. Didn't like the layout of the room. Bathroom sink was in the area as you enter the room. Hotel lobby was friendly and clean. Bed was comfortable. Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was more than just a donut or bagel.

The staff was phenomenal! There was only one set of stairs not centrally located. I loved it! The bed was big-beautiful & So comfortable, and the lay out of the room was warm & inviting. Holiday Inn Express is my new favorite hotel line.
