It was very easy - absolutely convenient - adjoining rooms made our family time together easy. It's right off 95 so it's very convenient for the area. The value was excellent. We had two adjoining rooms with 2 double beds each. The staff was delightful. Very friendly - a good entrance after a long day of travel.

We stayed at the hotel for five days, on a family visit. The advertised 'free high-speed, wireless internet" was not available for the entire five days. So, I took my laptop and peripherals for nothing. Multiple calls to the desk were to no avail. Granted, they *did* try. At one point the manager brought his own laptop up to our room, to see if he could get online. He couldn't. He said he'd try to contact their tech support person, but it was Easter weekend and he doubted that he'd get anywhere. The ambiance is very nice, the grounds attractive, and the breakfast very good (hot, too). I was very angry that, on our first night there, someone keyed the length of our rental car. My husband spent hours trying to polish it out before we returned the car, so we wouldn't be charged for it. The hotel is okay, but the traffic noises are pretty bad. It's at the intersection of I-95 and Boynton Beach Blvd., and the railroad runs just the other side of I-95. We were on the side facing the roads, so it was NOISY! I'd probably stay there again, but would definitely not drag along my computer.

the room (including the sheets) smelled terrible, we had to go and buy air freshener. There were bugs all over the room. The location of the hotel was very convenient, but not someplace I'll stay again.

The staff great--very helpful and personable--the people staying at the hotel were very nice/friendly--enjoy to chat with etc.--the breakfast bar was great--perfect healthy food--coffee fresh--the cookies in the afternoon--nice little treat--the wine/cheese-nice--we had a very nice stay--the shower was not as powerful --I didnot--say anything--Room 309--the water to fill the tub was fine--the shower too slow--over all a very nice place to stay--perfect for this vacation

Friendly people, willingness to allowing watching Big East BB playoff games on large screen. Hotel was fine--It matched expectations. This is a clean hotel that serves breakfast. The staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are clean and beds ok. What more can you say?

Holiday Inn Express hotel in Boynton Beach was very clean, staff very professional at all times. Conveniently located next to I-95 and close to restaurants and shopping areas. Overall, I am very pleased with the services provided and will not hesitate to book this hotel again.

Hotel right on I-95. Means easy access to all towns and airports in the Miani area. We had visits both North and South and we could not have been located better. Not a fancy place, but pleasant and clean.

we needed a place near my daughter's home this was about 4 miles away. we arrived late about 1045 that night and needed just that night because so late to go to daughter home i will be sure to stay there again if need to

The bed & Pillows were amazingly comfortable. Room smelled like cleaning agents, Breakfast was horrid. Checking was a breeze & the staff was very friendly. We got into the room and it smelled strongly of cleaning agents, The windows are sealed shut and could not be ventilated. The promise of a full course breakfast was appealing, until I got there. It tasted like it was day old leftovers, Biscuits could double as hockey pucks and the coffee was burnt, Gravy was consistency of glue with clumps of alleged sausage. The "Free Internet" is wireless and only got 1/3 signal in the room, had to go to Lobby to get a solid connection. The positives, The Staff was very friendly and the Bed/Pillows were amazingly comfortable, the grounds were well groomed and beautifully maintained.

We stayed in December, 2008. The hotel is completely renovated: floors, walls, rugs, furniture, elevators, the works. Nice lobby. Big, comfortable breakfast room. Better than Marriott Fairfield chain in my opinion. I-95 off ramp is 100 yards away.

If you have family then don't stay here. Suspicious activity takes place here. The staff gave very poor service. The rooms were not great, and out of shape. Police almost came everyday to get some people. Save your money, get better quality somwhere else.

great location right off I-95 and 2 minutes from A1A and the beach......clean, safe, and from what I know other folks were paying for hotels down there,very inexpensive!

Good staff, nice breakfast. No Internet service for 24 hours. Generally a nice place with a helpful staff. Some concerns about parking lot safety. It took 24 hours to repair a faulty Internet wireless transmitter so I had to work from McDonald's!

What a terrific place! The rooms here are so clean and comfortable. The best part of the hotel is difinitely the free WiFi and the Manager's Reception every night. Everyone at the hotel, including the new General Manager, xxxx, was very helpful, friendly, and accomodating. I will definitely stay here again when I am in town on business.

The Holiday Inn Express in Boynton Beach was a great place to stay. From check-in to check-out every employee we dealt with was absolutely wonderful. The entire property was wonderfully well-kept and the rooms spotless. I was very impressed with their new green concerns. I always felt guilty using a new towel and sheets every day of my stay! The complimentary breakfast had a wonderful selection of items. I could have a different breakfast every day of my stay - but had to have one of their great cinnamon buns every day!

Clean rooms & good breakfast. Front desk clerk was not very friendly and appeared bothered by having to do her job. Good place to stay short term, clean, staff with the exception of desk clerk, was friendly and helpful.

Room nice, bed very comfortable, friendly, and food good Ant in our bathroom every morning and they sprayed daily but ant every day. The hotel was very lobby, gym, lounge all very clean. Continental breakfast good each morning. Thought our room was very nice until we woke up to ant in the bathroom. They sprayed each day there,but I know ant don't go away that easy. They where trying to get rid of the problem and offered new room.

Ihave been there many times and it is close to the beach and family and friends. Loved the place. This hotel is so very comfortable. It is close to the airport as well as the beach.I liked the complimentry breakfast and the afternoon managers hour. It's just a great place to stay whenI am visiting family and friends and it is a great lay over when I travel to Brasil.
