Nice place, good breakfast included with price.

Good value. Good, adequate, clean hotel and accessible to nearby attractions.

Supposedly "pet friendly" - I started to book my stay, and at the very last second, noticed the fine print that said that there is a charge of $25 if you want to bring your dog. For this $$, I coudl stay at the Sheraton (which is much nice) and not be charged extra for my dog. I cancelled my booking and decided to stay elsewhere.

The staff at the hotel front desk were very friendly and helpful. We were unfamiliar with the area and they tried to help. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and very clean. The continental breakfast was outstanding. I've already recommended it to several people.

Staff were very responsive to requests. Nice location. 5 minutes from downtown. Wendy's within walking distance.

I stayed there this past weekend and it is a beautiful hotel, very clean, rooms are spacious and well maintained. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast with an outstanding variety. I would definetly stay again and I would highly reccomend it.

Great location. There is construction work going around outside, but indoors you couldn't hear it. We were not given the king we booked, but the alternate accomodation was adequate. Clean room, comfortable bed. Very heavy doors, and late evening when we were trying to sleep the noise of our neighbors' comings and goings was a bit unrelaxing. Polite staff, GREAT continental breakfast (the usual fixings as well as french toast, bacon, sausage) and pretty dining area/lobby. Pool is nice (although spa was closed during our stay). We would definitely stay again.

Very clean & proximity to interstate and retail. Breakfast was a mob on the weekends & only 1 elevator! Overall, great value via Priceline. But do note, breakfast is madness on the weekends and staff seems oblivious to this. During weekdays, it is just fine with all items available. There is only 1 small elevator for 4 busy floors and during morning/checkout hours, it was often filled with the housekeeping cart! Finally, the fitness center is very limited. On the positive side, the location was outstanding and the room/facilities spotless.

The appearance of the hotel and the amenities were fantastic. I gave my credit card when I checked in due to any incidentals I might use but wasn't told that there would be a $75 hold on my credit card. Lots of amenities such as computer use, free washer and dryer, lovely entry way and dining area for free buffet breakfast.

Great location. They have updated all the rooms since the last time I stayed there (previously 2007), great location if you want to catch a show, or dine out, there are countless great restaurants, all within a 5-10 minute walk.

Light breakfast. Front desk clerk. Front desk clerk was rude.

Great shower. No sink in bath, hot tub did not work. It was fine for the short time I was there.

Clean rooms, firm beds. Slow elevator, breakfast closes at 9 AM which is too early. Very clean and comfortable, lives up to Holiday Inn Express reputation for reasonable rates for reasonable accommodations.

Average hotel room. Clean and neat. Very upset with the pool and hot tub. Both was very cold. Hotel room was fine. But we traveled all day and hoped to enjoy our first night of vacation in the pool and hot tub but this didn't happen. Not only was the pool cold but the hot tub was broke and the water was way too cold to go in. Very disappointed.

The smell in the hotel room and hallway were unbearable. If it hadn't been almost 2 in the morning by the time we checked in we would not have stayed here even if we had to eat the cost. The smell in the room of mold, must and smoke was almost enough to make us ill. I can't believe they rented that room to anyone. We left 6 hours later. Thankfully the breakfast was free as I would not have paid for it.

Price and location. The drapes don't close, they have a valance, not good. Very nice and clean, liked that they have continental breakfast, did not like not being able to close the drapes, the curtains are sheer and a lot of light comes in which makes it hard to sleep and a feeling of lack of privacy as well.

Clean, safe and reasonable price. Sink was outside the bathroom. We came down to go to a show at Gillette Stadium. The hotel was convenient to the stadium. The hotel is all you need for simple overnight stays. We would go back. There is target and TGI Fridays right down the road.

Friendliness, cleanliness, quality of free breakfast. Zilch. Well located along I-495, the hotel is staffed by bright, helpful and dedicated staff which becomes obvious as you deal with staff or interact with their daily efforts. Very clean, organized, no clutter, no not working signs. Front desk is efficient and on-the-ball and the breakfast is excellent and enormously satisfying with a dedicated staff that pays attention by the moment to demand and consumption rates. The room was extra clean and unobtrusively there for me without surprises. I did feel smarter after a night's stay.

Very clean rooms. Not very close to many attractions. The hotel was clean, the service friendly, good free breakfast. Very worth the price.

Free wireless in rooms, free laundry, excellent staff. Great location, free wireless in rooms. Free laundry was a bonus. Front desk staff was excellent, good local knowldge of were to go and were to eat! Great place!
