The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel room and public areas were very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Friendly staff, clean facilities, close to Birch Run Outlet and right off the freeway. The complimentary continental breakfast was great.

We had a wonderful hot free breakfast while staying at this motel and the front desk clerk made reservations for us at Zehnders in Frankenmuth for dinner which got us to the front of the line ahead of many, many people who did not have reservations. We definitely would stay here again. It was a little pricey but worth it for the weekend. Our room was clean and had a microwave and frig, so it was very convenient. Staff very friendly.

We stayed here for two nights. Enjoyed the large breakfast area, with seats viewing the pool. The pool area was always busy , as was the whirlpool. Internet access was not wireless but the front desk has cables. Overall we had a nice time.

In Frankenmuth for a bicycle race, I just needed a reasonably priced hotel for 1 night. This was perfect for that. As a bonus, the hotel's complimentary breakfast was much better than the usual bad-coffee-and-pastries selection. Eggs, sausage, biscuits, variety of cereals, muffins, bananas, oatmeal, biscuits, toast ... very nice. Check in / out was fast and painless, rooms were clean and the staff was gracious. I would stay there again.

Great breakfast, front desk staff was friendly when we asked for extra towels. One girl at the front desk not as nice as the other, acted like she didn't want to be there. Nice & clean, beds were very comfortable after a day of shopping! The room had a microwave and refrigerator that I didn't expect. Room was spacious.

I planned a fairly last minute trip to Frankenmuth for some shopping -- what a mistake it was to stay here. Most every hotel was booked up - and I paid over *** for a "standard" room. It is by far the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. If you plan on sleeping, don't stay here! First, the ladies next door decided to have a little party. I can't blame the hotel for that -- but the doors adjoining the rooms had absolutely no insulation -- so we could hear every word. Second, the entire place is cheaply constructed. I could hear people walking throughout the place until 2:30AM -- which is weird because we were on the top floor. (It had the sound of coming from above.) Third, when I booked the room, I had a choice of "standard room ---king bed smoking" or "standard room--king bed." I selected a the latter. But, when I arrived was told that "standard room" means smoking or non-smoking, at the hotel's perogative and they were out of non-smoking rooms. Perhaps this last point is my own fault for not reading the fine print -- but stay away from this place if you want to catch any sleep during your stay.

The hotel was very nice with good accomodations.The room was a nice size and very clean.the beds were nice and cozy.My family enjoyed the yummy breakfast.We also found the location perfect for our trip to Bronner's Christmas store.

The Holiday Inn had a great indoor heated pool and hot tub and work out room. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the morning, much better than just your average continental that is usally offered. The beds were very comfortable and the room was nice and big, clean, and comfortable to stay in.

Close to outlet mall and short drive to downtown Frankenmuth The breakfast was way better than I expected. The room was average for a Holiday Inn. The pool and hot tub was nice. The staff was very friendly.

Convenient location, friendly staff and nice amenities. Our first room smelled very much like cigarette smoke, and we were switched to a wheel chair accessible room. The hotel offered everything one would expect from a Holiday Inn express. The rooms are not well insulated so you do hear a lot of footsteps etc from the next floor up. The pool was clean and warm, and the hot tub was also enjoyable, and we especially liked the omelettes offered in the morning.

I liked the price and hours that the pool was open. It was especially fun for my children. I cannot think of anything that I disliked about this hotel. It was very nice, family friendly, and close to the places that we wanted to go. I would stay here again.

Guest services assisted in every aspect. Tall tables in the dining area was difficult for the seniors in our party to sit at. I loved the assistance I received in changing my room to non smoking and finding clean towels when the pool ran out. Our family liked that it was right across from the Prime Outlet mall, close to Frankenmuth and not far from other shopping. The hot tub was just the right temperature.

Hot breakfast was very convenient and tasty. Loud children in hallways. Was apparently some sort of sports event that brought families with lots of kids, who apparently had no curfew. The hotel was everything you would expect in a Holiday Inn Express. Very clean, friendly staff and the room was nicely appointed. Public areas were very nice, had a computer for guest use to check email, etc. Security was very good, too. Had to have a room key for any doors other than the main entrance and also for the pool area. Elevator was very slow. Parking was convenient. Property is just a few minutes from Frankenmuth, which is a straight shot from the intersection immediately beyond the hotel parking lot. Was nice to not have to get back on the interstate. The exit where the hotel is located also had restaurants and gas stations and a Meijer store.
