The room was comfortable, and close to where I needed to be. I was a little dissatisfied with a checkout time of 11:00 am instead of 12 noon. This caused some problems with my scheduling. Also the front desk started calling at about 9 am and kept reminding me that I needed to be out of the room by 11 am. I really did not like being rushed and prompted like that.

Very friendly accomodating staff and excellent breakfast. I stayed for 10 nights at this hotel. My flight was canceled on the trip down due to a blizzard up north. Priceline would not let me change the dates of my trip, but the hotel accommodated the change of dates in their system since it was something beyond my control. The hotel was very clean and has an excellent breakfast bar. I would definitely stay here again.

Not close to the Caverns but far superior to anything we saw in Carlsbad and especially Whites City. It is worth the long drive.

The complimentary breakfast. The room and hotel smelled really weird. It is overall a nice hotel. The walls seemed thin, because I could hear other people's televisions or conversations. The staff was friendly.

We were there for a Border Patrol graduation so only one night. We found the place to be very nice, clean, and the staff was very accommodating. The only thing I would add would be an elevator. Breakfast was very nice also. My husband left his ""sound machine"" (he says it helps him sleep *s*) and when we called they said they would put it in the mail which they did at no cost to us. We appreciate it very much!

The cleaning staff was great. Management, no indoor pool, the hotel across the street was nicer and was lower in cost. Below my Holiday Inn expectations from past experiences.

Friendly staff, reasonably clean rooms, small exercise facility, decent continental breakfast. No PPV movies or swimming pool. No smoking (I don't but some do). Price is high for what is offered, but choices are slim in Artesia."

The pool was nice. Customer service. The hotel was decent; a little overpriced, though. When there was a problem with the toilet we were told there was no one available to take care of it and when there was someone would be down. Four hours later no one had fixed it.

The bathroom was dirty. The floor behind the door was filthy, underneath the toilet seat had dried urine. The coffee pot was dirty with old coffee.

I was very satisfied with the accommodation at your hotel. No comment. I really enjoy being in your hotel. It was clean, comfortable, good price, good location, and excellent service. I will be happy to recommend to my friends.
