We booked this hotel for price and convienience and it suited our needs well.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the comfort of the room. Being waken up by the maid the following morning on our first night stay there. She opened our room door at 8:00 am. This was a very nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay except for the part where the maid opened up our door at 8:00 am the following morning after our first night stay there. That was rude and uncalled for. That was an infringement of our privacy. She could have knocked first then entered our room. She should have been told that we were going to stay there for two nights and that way she would have known we didn't not want to be bothered so early.

Rooms were spacious, attractive and clean! The staff was gracious and made us feel welcome. Was there for a family reunion and the other members of my family staying there had only good things to say as well. Will definitely stay there again!

At check in a customer needed room card reset. Pool is indoors next to rooms. Don't request next to pool. Felt like we couldn't make noise = no fun. Room key ""demagentized"" , sitting by my door for 15mins w/ my 2 year old because the door card, which worked earlier but not work this time. Thanks to the patrol guard we finally got into the room. At check when I told the staff about the problems she matter of factly told me the man that just checked out had been sent to a room already occupied. Can you BELIEVE IT. Won't be staying here again. Bad for the Holiday Inn Image :(

The hotel was so conveniently located for travel to Albuquerque and to other sites nearby, for example, Santa Fe, and Acoma/Sky City. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They were always cheerful, even when I asked for access to the computer/printer at odd hours to prepare for the next day trip. The buffet breakfast was a pleasant surprise--it was substantial enough that only one other meal was needed. Our room was lovely too and had marble surround in the shower, big comfy beds, and just right pillows. The pool was lovely--I discovered it on the last day though--rats! It was also nice to be located nearby to an Applebee's and a Target (for those things I forgot). Great location, great staff, wonderful experience.

Their breakfast was a pretty good meal. The comfortability of the beds were less than desireable. Short of the sore back and body from the uncomfortable bed the stay was a pleasant one.

Very clean and also quiet. Inadequate parking. Nice place, would not hesitate to return.

Not sure what it takes to obtain a 3 Diamond ratings but I'm guessing not much. The beds were fine but too many little things were broken or in need of repair. Sink blew water sideways, bath fan sounded like it was coming through the cieling, no elevator, lights out in the stairway, etc

Upon arrival the girl at the front desk was very friendly and courteous. The room was adequate, but in need of a refurbishment. We stayed at this hotel about 3 weeks prior to this and was lucky enough to get one of the rooms that had been refurbished. When all the re-modeling is completed this will be a nice hotel. Also this night the room was on the second floor with no elevator available which made it difficult to get our bags upstairs. The breakfast was nice.

Smoking rooms mingled in with and in between non-somking rooms. Hotel staff pleasant, has security guard on staff at night which was good because I was approached by a woman the minute I got out of my car to check in asking for money. Was told by hotel staff that she was a frequent problem.

It was convenient and location to what I wanted was ok. No restaurant for families close by or a good place to have good decent brewed coffee. Good and convenient.

Near to my families homes. Hard to park near room. Room clean and well appointed. Staff friendly, food good. Correction of your errors easily accomplished.
