Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean room! Beautiful patio area! Nothing. Hotel was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. We had dinner and more at Dave&Buster's right next door to the hotel. We came back around 1 am and the hotel shuttle dropped us off and picked us up very quickly at Harrah's Casino nearby. Room was extremely clean and felt like home!

Spent my 40th Birthday there last Friday... Partied at Sammy's Beach Bar & Grill over at Harrah's. The hotel provided transportation to and from which was not only convenient but safe! Breakfast Bar was outstanding. Food was good, plentiful, and hot! I would definitely recommend this hotel for the price, location, and value...

Hotel provided transportation to and from concert, which was very convenient. Free Breakfast Bar was excellent. Rooms are brand-new, and are really clean! Will definitely stay here again!!

We called before to see if we could check in early, and the very nice desk lady actually helped us get our room set over the phone, which was great. The help was amazing and always courteous. The hallway on the second floor smells like dirty carpet/clothing, and there is a washer and dryer right as you get off the elevator that may be to blame. The hall and elevator were an open, but our room was nice and cold. The carpet in the room had been vaccuumed, but there were big globs of something sticky behind the desk and it just didn't look clean. We had clean, fresh bedding, and the bathroom was clean. For the price, it worked for an overnight stay. We just needed someplace convenient to the concert venue, and they also offered a free shuttle service. I'd stay again for this purpose.

we stayed here for 1 night for a 40th birthday and had an awesome time.....everyone was very nice and helpful, our room was very nice and the free breakfast the next morning hit the spot....this hotel is in a wonderful location for st.louis/st.charles sightseeing

Pros: The location is great if you're going to a concert. There is a free shuttle going back and forth every few minutes on the evening of a show. Get a wristband when you check in. No sitting in traffic all night. The hotel is in walking distance, too, if you don't want to wait. Also within walking distance of Dave & Buster's restaurant. Also: Free breakfast buffet until 9:30 on weekdays, which was good. Cons: Service. Staff seemed to be overwhelmed when there were several people checking in at once. You'd think this happens a lot and they can handle it better. I had a big problem with the key and/or lock to my room. I could not get in not once, but twice. They switched my room and I had the same problem. I had to be escorted upstairs with a staff member and maintenence man, who nearly had to kick the door in to get us in. We were told it would be fixed by the time we got back from the concert, but it was not. We still had to be let in with a staff member's key, with no explanation as to why their work but ours don't. The plus is they are giving me a good discount for the hassle, so I have to work with the travel agency since it was prepaid. Other things to mention about the room: coffee but no coffee maker, a running toilet and slow draining sink. I would expect these things at a Motel 6, but not a Holiday Inn. The shuttle alone might be worth the stay, but also look into Harrah's Casino nearby. I think it is also within walking distance of the ampitheater and may be a bit cheaper, too.

We had our computer, but no printer. We had to print a form and the hotel provided computer/printer to do so. The room was pretty small. The location was great. The room was pretty small and the bed was uncomfortable, though the breakfast was wonderful. We would probably stay here again in the future.

The lobby was beautiful. Room was clean. Party room was fantastic. You could walk out to a deck area overlooking pond with fountains. Going downstairs for a free breakfast before leaving is the best!!! Great location. Close to the Casino which has a lot to offer. Nice area!

For the price, the hotel was adequate. The room we got was a smoking room (which we requested); however the room smelled extremely smoky and I would think that even though it was a smoking room there could have been a better effort to make it smell better. The air conditioning was extremely loud and if you turned it off of course to get rid of the sound then it got extremely warm in the room. Other than that, it was fine. We basically didn't spend much time there; we wanted a price conscious room near the casino and that is what we got.

Stayed on a Friday night for my wife's birthday and shot the works at the nearby Harrah's casino and saved a bundle doing it! Of course, we then proceeded to spend our savings at the Casino...but that just meant more time to have fun! Great Hotel, beautiful location, would highly recommend, desk staff was superb!

They had a shuttle service that would take you anywhere within 10 miles or so for free! The pool was very small. I liked this hotel. The room was clean! The grounds were nicely kept. The shuttle service was great! The front desk was very friendly.

It is convenient to ST Charles, MO. We attended a baseball game and called the hotel that we would be arriving late, when we arrived around 11.30 pm the halls were full of teenagers and children.

The front desk workers were nice and helpful. There is nothing to tell, it was great! I took my girls to a concert and this hotel was closest to the amphitheater, which didn't matter cuz they shuttled us there, which made me feel safe with my girls. Everyone was great and the breakfast was good. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the rooms were clean.

The hotel is always friendly and the rooms are clean. It is a distance from the airport and the shuttle service was good but took a longer time than we anticipated. The hotel and staff were great. We appreciated being able to leave our car in the parking lot during our trip. The hotel is a distance from the airport and the early morning shuttle ride was wonderful. When we returned, we had to wait a little over an hour for the shuttle to come pick us up. That is my one and only complaint. The shuttle drivers were extremely helpful and kind but the drive is long and the return trip driver was much pressured to keep up with all the calls that seemed to be coming in even on our ride back. Perhaps more shuttles could be arranged.
