The room was great! Everthing was clean, the staff was very helpful and very friendly. The rooms were a great size. The location was very close to the airport - which was awesome when you have an early flight!

Great location, and rooms were clean. I did not have fridge, or microwave in my room. This Holiday Day Inn have been good because we stayed for 3 days!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food at the breakfast bar was excellent and they had a 98 Health Department Rating. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient - - about 10-15 minutes to I-40, Nashville Airport, Opra Mills Shopping Mall, and the Hermitage.

When you walk in the lobby, you're taken in by the beautiful, huge meeting area with a 30-foot ceiling, fireplace, several TVs, etc. Sadly the actual rooms are not quite as impressive. The rooms are average size, but looked "tired." Little things like no stopper in the sink, bathroom door that doesn't close completely, etc. lead you to believe they're just waiting for the next renovation project someday. Breakfast was okay--the usual muffins, cereal, and fruit--but nothing warm, unless you microwaved a pastry or toasted your bread. Location is great; it's convenient to the interstate and the airport. I try to stay near there whenever I visit Nashville.

The check in staff gave me a room close to the door since I was traveling with an infant. No refrigerators in the rooms. Nothing else about this hotel was remarkable.

Clean and surrounding area was accessible. Not enough vending. I would have preferred more vending available, so I would not have had to leave the establishment for snacks.

The hotel overall was good. I do think that for the money the rooms could have been a little cleaner. I originally requested a King and got a handicap double. I didn't mind but the tub and bathroom floor could have been a little cleaner. I'm not sure how often they vacuum and dust but it could be done a little more often. Otherwise it was a nice stay and I would stay there again but next time I will call ahead to ensure I get a King or a balcony.

The room was nice but there was mold around the bath tub. This could have been cleaned if the right cleaning product is used. It really makes you wonder just how dirty the rest of the room might be.

I cancelled the remainder of my stay today at the Holiday Inn Express at Nashville Airport for the following reasons. We checked in yesterday as scheduled and spent one night ...(we paid for 3 nights). Today four bus loads of teenagers checked in for an upcoming sport event. The conditions at the hotel were not acceptable at that point. The kids were unsupervised and running through the halls and stairs screaming and yelling. The elevators were packed with kids just riding up and down (some just sitting in the floor of the elevator). I understand that kids will be kids but Iam here on business and I cannot function nor sleep while the hotel attempts to deal with the mass amount of unsupervised children and teenagers.

The Hotel has just had a upgrade with new carpets and bedspreads, the tub was worn but could be next on the list for replacement.

The woman that took care of the breakfast area was amazing. She was warm, friendly and caring. She even remembers guests names. No signs off the main road. Hard to find without a map. Overall I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was above my expectations and reasonably priced.

Service was great, they were friendly, and it had a great free hot breakfast! Can't think of anything. Of the entirety of our trip, this was the best hotel that we stayed at, and it was where we spent the least money! A+.

Nice room, friendly check in/out staff. Housekeeping started knocking at 8:30 AM. Everything was great except the fact that housekeeping started knocking at 8:30 a.m., although check out wasn't until noon. They knocked at total of 5 times before we finally left at 10:30 a.m., there was not a do not disturb sign to hang on the door.

Everything in the room was clean and the bed was very good to sleep on. We couldn't find any parking except for in the very back of the hotel and it was sort of dark. The people were very nice and the hotel was very pretty and was the room. The breakfast wasn't very good. But that's okay. We had a nice time as we were passing through. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The location was very awesome.

The location for the business I had to tend to. The immediate experience with the staff who received us. When we first arrived, the gentleman who checked us in was a bit unfriendly, borderline rude. The first room we checked into reeked of mildew. Not wanting to deal with the front desk clerk, we spent most of the evening out and dealt with it till staff change. The next morning we spoke with one lady staff about the room and she checked us into other room and it was infested with mold. Two more rooms later we found a clean room on the third floor, where we spent the last two nights. Otherwise we were willing to cut our losses and check into Springhill Suites across the street for 4 times the price that we paid.

Closeness to the airport is a plus. It appeared as if our room had not been vacuumed or dusted. Every experience has been good to excellent until this trip to Tennessee. The room and common hallways in Nashville had not been cleaned properly. It was a smoking room. The room was without wash cloths, light bulbs. And other essentials. This was the last room available; so there were no rooms available to change.
