One of the best HI Exp ever stayed at for Business!Friendly Staff - Shuttle Driver ([...]) very helpful and going out his way to get you places. Wish Room Temp Controls had a continuous auto fanto help drown out the hotel & Aiport noises.Beds very comfortable ! Very clean room.

The motel was hard to locate, well off the beaten path. When we checked in we requested a crib for one of our rooms around 7pm. Requested again when we left for supper 45 minutes later and came back approx 2 hours later, no crib. I called room service and requested again and was told that the person looking for one was on break and hopefully he could locate one. We never got a crib, never received word on why, no one ever called us back to let us know that one was not available or what. I will say this in favor of the hotel, they are directly in the flight path of planes departing and arriving at Hartsfield International and outside the noise level was high, never heard the first plane inside.

Very Clean Hotel. Staff was well prepared and already had our reservation and keys ready. shuttle to any location in the area. Rooms were very clean and a big deal to me was that the hot water never ran out and the water pressure was great in the bathtub. overall it definitely was one of my best hotel stays ever.

Staff! The airport had been shut down and the staff was still great! Elevators were worn and looked dirty. Very comfortable bed. Great staff! Shuttle to airport was superb.

Great place to stay if you are taking someone to the airport. Shuttle leaves for airport every 30 minutes. Was able to drop my son off for his flight without the hassle of having to drive/park at the airport. Staff was friendly, complimentary breakfast was good.

The shuttle from the airport was efficient and also willing to take us to a nearby Ruby Tuesday. The front desk guy was nice and cheerful. The room and bed were so comfy and the breakfast was great.

The Holiday Inn Express Atlanta Airport was very comfortable, especially the bedding on the bed. If you are traveling for pleasure and don't plan on sight-seeing, this is a good place to stay. It was quite and hidden away by the freeway and minimal airplane noise considering how close you are. I would stay there again. The only downside to my visit was that the front desk people were a little snappy. Housekeeping and transportation people were pleasant and helpful.

Very helpful staff, attractive and clean room, excellent shuttle service to the airport, lobby area and breakfast were excellent. We stayed overnight in order to catch a flight early the next morning. I would not mind returning to this hotel on our next stay in Atlanta for pleasure. The hotel was very attractive, both in the lobby area and in the room. Airport shuttle service was every thirty minutes 24/7 and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

While checking in I was informed that it would cost me * per day to leave my car at the motel because I had made my reservation through ONLINE TRAVEL WEBSITE instead of contacting Holiday Inn directly. If I had contacted them directly the first 5 nights would have been free. This added * to my expenses that I had not anticipated.

The Holiday Inn Express was in retrosepct, what you get for the price. I did not like the fact that the vanity was seperate from the bathroom. Also was surprised to find that there was no mini-fridge in the room. The staff was very helpful and polite but the room was somewhat barebones. It was convenient to both the Airport and interstate 85, which was important for this trip.

Close to the ATL airport. Alittle noisy (heating and AC system) , not a major problem. Great for an overnight stay andgood shuttle service.

Newer hotel. Rooms are very clean, modern and quiet, even for being on airport flight path. Beds very comfortable with new linens and duvets. Continental breakfast excellent. Staff friendly and efficient.

I was overall very happy with my stay in this hotel. The one downside was the unhelpful staff. On check-in, there were 4 people behind the front desk all talking to each other and I had to interrupt their conversation to check-in. I had a lot of luggage to carry in and asked if there was a luggage cart. The reception desk indicated that there was one by the front doors, but I checked and it was not there. I went back to reception to tell them and they just told me 'well it should be there' and would not help further. Loved the room, especially the shower and curved curtain rod! Also - love High Speed Internet!

The Holiday Inn Express was excellent to hit the MARTA and see everything in Atlanta with out driving and paying for parking. Convienent to the Interstate. Rooms were nice,clean and quiet. Not enough towels.

The Breakfast was Great. Very Slow Elevators,Creepy Area. I guess this was an average hotel, but there was a lot going on in the lobby and the elevators were very slow. Some teenagers actually got stuck between floors in one of them. I would not stay here again.
