Nothing. Restaurant is an overpriced monopoly. Transportation to the airport a joke.

This is one of the best values we have ever booked for a vacation. We stayed in this hotel for five nights. The hotel rooms were up-to-date and clean, and rather un-European in size and amenities, resembling more the comfort and quality expected from a hotel at this level in the US. Service at the desk and throughout the hotel and restaurant was courteous and knowledgeable. The restaurant itself was more expensive than what may be found in some restaurants in Rome, but the quality of the fare was also excellent. The safety of the site was also a plus: Rome is a beautiful city which can also be a less than safe city. This was simply the perfect choice for a family vacation in Rome.In addition to room quality, the availability of a shuttle both to Fiumicino and to Rome, coupled with the adjacent Fiumicino line suburban train station at Muratella, provided flexibility in our tours of Rome. We spent four full days walking through the Campidoglio and Roman Forum; the baths of Caracalla, Saint John Lateran, the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon and Plaza Navona; the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's; and the Vitorinno and the Catacombs. The key? We purchased the Carta di Roma on the first day as soon as we got off the shuttle at the Campidoglio museums. With this Card, we had free entrance to several museums and free access to buses, subways and trains throughout Rome for three days. There are two warnings. First, shuttle space is limited to 35 passengers. This is insufficient for the last run from Rome at 8 PM, in which we witnessed fistfights between passengers to get on the bus. Second, internet access is expensive. Make sure you are REALLY on vacation.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The time between the Hotel Shuttle service was too long.

Convenience at an affordable price. With the so weak these days, this facility offers a big bang for the buck: 1) Free transport to airport, 2) Free transport to downtown, 3) Convenience by short train ride (station 5 min walk from hotel) to major shopping mall where you can pick up lots of inexpensive gifts, 4) Hotel room can accommdate 4 easily, 5) Friendly hotel staff, 6) Very nice buffet breakfast and dinner menu (limited). Similar amenities in center of Rome will be much. Fairly luxurious for a Holiday Inn!

Clean and convenient location, close to public transportation. Not very friendly and helpful staff. Most of the poeple visiting Rome just need a place for the night because you are gone most of the day for points of interest. I tink they could a little more as far as the Pricing.

Hotel offers limited shuttle to airport and downtown. Offers swimming pool and I think a tennis court is offered for free. Breakfast outside is extremely pleasant. 15 minute walk to train station to termini but not really convenient especially at night. Great if you have a car, otherwise you feel very limited at night in a business park.

Appreciated the shuttle bus service from the hotel to both downtown and the airport. The restaurant was expensive. We were given a bread basket as we arrived and found that we were charged 4.50 euros for it. We did not order the bread. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. At first we were given a smoking room which really stunk. When we inquired about a non smoking room we were immediately moved to a non-smoking room. It was great. The restaurant was a disappointment. The cost for a bowl of soup was 12.50 euros. The food was good but costly.

I liked the size of the room. Shuttle service to/from Rome ends too early. If you have only a few days to see Rome this hotel is too far from the city sites. No shuttles to Roma Termini (railroad) with luggage the local train then bus to the outskirts of Rome is a real challenge and $25 cab fare if you miss the shuttle is too much. The hotel is clean and the area quiet because it is in the business district.

The hotel was clean and had a free airport shuttle. Location was not great and desk staff was not very helpful about public transport options. Location was away from city, but could get to city via train and/or bus or hotel shuttle (limited schedule). Would mostly only recommend this hotel to someone attending conference there or spending a night near the airport.

The room was larger and more comfortable than expected. Really appreciated the free shuttle. Carpet was worn. We liked the hotel very much large, comfortable and met our needs with the free shuttle to the city center and also the airport.

Comfortable room. Close to train station. The room was comfortable and clean. Ordered omelettes(not so good). Shuttle not always able to accommodate all guest going in and out of city. Best thing for us was hotel was within walking distance of train station.

Great location to airport. Getting there. It met my expectations for the purpose. Overnight with flight the next morning.

Being near metro station saves $ on taxis. Conversations in next room came thru wall or a/c vents-crying baby etc. Price/performance is good. With free airport shuttle and by walking to metro station a few blocks away, we saved hundreds of euros on taxi fares. Staff was really great. I will only stay in holiday inn now! Our experience at a much more expensive hotel last month, wasnt as pleasant due to language barrier and attitude of their staff.

Cleanliness and free shuttle to city centre and airport. Felt deceived - staff claimed breakfast was not included and had to pay for it. When we walked in, my wife asked one person at the front desk if our breakfast was included and she was told it did. It wasn't until having the third breakfast that our waiter left a bill for 32 euros for this third breakfast. When I told him our breakfast was included, he walked us to the front desk. Here they told us we had to pay this and the previous two breakfasts-a total of 96 euros. We found this unacceptable and refused to do so. A day later, when we had to check out (and not having taken our last breakfast), we spoke with someone who seemed to be the manager at the front desk and we were convinced to pay one of the three breakfasts we had consumed.
