Nothing. Business center computers down, coffee in lobby cold, restaurant poor, noisy, poor service, poor food. Do not stay here.

I am from the shore area. Until my mother passed away, I had no need to stay at a shore hotel. This Holiday Inn became my haven while I stayed there multiple times in the process of closing my mother's house. I knew I could expect a clean, comfortable, spacious room; they never disappointed me. Their breakfast buffet is very good. This is not the place to stay if you are looking for a "beach" vacation. There are other hotels that are much closer to the ocean. This is a full-service hotel and as such they are usually booked for parties and/or meetings; expect noise and parking congestion because of this.

I appreciated all the perks the hotel had like free breakfast during the week and also priority club rewards memberships for future stays. Well it sat by itself and we chose not to rent a car so we were basically stuck , nothing was in close proximity of this hotel. Very nice staff, clean overall good experience for those on a budget.

Quality, price and location. West end stairway exterior door was not secure! Hotel was what I expected and I was very pleased with most all aspects of what the hotel had to offer.

The rooms were clean and new. The hotel was being renovated so there was no lobby nor restaurant. The hotel will eventually be very nice.

Will have newly renovated rooms. This hotel is undergoing major renovations. I stayed in a newly renovated guest room, but the rest of the hotel was an absolute mess! This hotel is undergoing some very serious renovations, no restaurant, bar or room service. The lobby looked totally destroyed, I could not even find the front door because it was covered up due to the renovations and had to ask a hotel employee that I happen to see outside where the entrance was and was pointed to a side entrance. The hotel staff was friendly and the new room was nice, but beware by the looks of this hotel it will be this way for a while, even the front of the building was stripped to show only the concrete, I love Holiday Inns but this one should be closed until the renovation is at least half completed.

Other patrons were very noisy and disruptive, pulling the fire alarm late one night. Currently the hotel is undergoing a remodel. Therefore all the amenities were not available.

Room was great. Comfortble bed, clean and free internet Under renovation, entrance not convenient, chaotic environment. Room was very nice. Breakfast included was an unexpected treat. Staff was just ok. Front desk staff not very attentive. Dining area staff was very attentive and friendly. Renovationwas on,soit was hard to locate the entrance and a very chaotic enviroment. The experience will be much better once completed.

The room and bedding was very clean. The lobby was under construction and a mess. They are undergoing a complete renovation and there is no lobby. It is a total mess. The evening staff was not very friendly and the food from the restaurant was not good. Clean room. Not much else.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. I did not know they were renovating but the place was very nice.

Location. Front desk was unknowledgeable about local area, maid service never came to room. We were out two hours for breakfast and poolside, but maid never cleaned room. Staff could not help us with local restaurants or even to order pizza to hotel. No resources on local attractions, dining or events and staff knew nothing and was rude. There were large renovations in lobby area and it smelled damp.

The room, and the gratitude of the basket with gifts. Hotel was under construction. It's pleasant, employees were kind, but we didn't like it was under construction.

Very nice, newly renovated rooms. Renovations are on-going, so hallways, etc. were not complete. Parking is not convenient due to doors being closed from renovation. Would stay here again. Will be fantastic place once all renovations are complete.

Large rooms. Under renovation. We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The rooms were large enough for my family of 6 (we had adjoining rooms). They were clean and very uncomfortable. I would highly recommend it!

Renovated guest rooms. NA. Hotel guest rooms were modern and fresh. The bed was very comfortable. The TV channels could stand for an upgrade. Aside from the remodeling in the common areas the hotel met my expectations.

Rooms were new and up-to-date. They were renovating the main areas. but no problem. They were under renovation. Hence the lobby was not perfect. But the rooms were newly redone and up-to-date with latest flat screens and new comfy beds. They were excellent.

Renovated room. Major renovations. Major renovations was going on, no air conditioning in the halls, lobby or elevators. noisy construction. No ice machine on our floor. The air conditioner blows right on you if you sit at the desk. Very uncomfortable. Very noisy. Wedding one night and family reunion another. Slamming doors and running around in the halls till all hours. Would not stay there again.
