Big, clean rooms with plenty of extras. Staff was very helpful and friendly. location was excellent for the purpose of my trip. This motel was the best value for the money that I have stayed in. I would not hesitate to book another room here.

Rooms were clean, modern & very comfortable. Newly renovated, it was much nicer than I expected. The TV was nice but there was no guide to know what was on, and there was no option to rent movies such as on demand. The jacuzzi was wonderful but the pool was too cold, although both were sparkling clean, as well as the area surrounding them. I will definitely stay at this hotel.

My husband, daughter and I went to Cincinatti for a wedding and stayed for 2 days. Staff was terrific, rooms are spacious and clean. Location was convenient to shopping, King's Island and highway.

Very convenient location. The room far exceeded our expectations. We had an executive king size suite, which I was not expecting. It had 2 bathrooms, a bedroom, living room, 2 flat panel TV's, a small refrigerator, small sink and a microwave. The sofa pulled out into a bed. It was well worth the money!

Due to a fire in our home my husband, 2 cats, and I stayed 72 nights. The staff were warm, friendly and professional. They took very good care of us and helped to ease a difficult period of our lives.

The bedding was so soft! I slept very well. The mattress was perfect. The desk chair was much lower than the desk with no way to adjust.

It was very clean. There was no included breakfast. The breakfast buffet was $11, a bit pricey. It was a fine place to stay. No real complaints. One minor concern was having an unexpectedly expensive breakfast in the hotel restaurant for 2 people: $28, with tax and tip. Had the restaurant had a very modest and complimentary breakfast (juice, coffee, cereal), it would be perfect. Also, the pool area includes a very nice whirlpool. However, the room has acoustic issues; if children are playing, the noise is quite loud and even annoying. Note to management: Add some acoustic tiles near the edges of the ceiling. Service was excellent and the rooms exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.

It had a thermostat to control temperature. It was quiet for sleeping. You could make coffee in the room, but the brand of coffee & dry cream was repugnant. I had a good stay. Staff was friendly & helpful and despite being in a high traffic area it was very quiet in the room so you could sleep good.

Easy check-in and check-ou.t Dated rooms and amenities. A good quality hotel. Check in and check out was easy. Good location for my travel purposes. Hotel and amenities are dated. No flat screen televisions, bathrooms dates, beds acceptable, rooms could use updating. Free high speed internet did work well.

It was nice. A lot of smokers were at the front door. Hotel was nice, but they allowed the smokers to be at the front door into the hotel so you had to walk right through it.
