I spent only one night there. I recommend this hotel for everyone.

They were able to provide us with a cot. It was dirty and I was glad that I was only staying one night. Staff was friendly but not knowledgeable. The food was poor and there was little choice for the breakfast buffet. The rooms were dirty but the beds were comfortable.

It was a great time in the winter months to bring the children for the indoor pool and we purchased the mini vacation package which was a great buy for the family pizza each night and breakfast in the morning. Definately would stay again. Thinking about staying again real soon. Thanks

My family and I stayed at the hotel last weekend. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel has a great pool! We heard they will be renovating next year. We look forward to seeing the improvements! I can't forget to mention the hotel was beautifully decorated for the Holidays.

Location. Old hotel, horrible restaurant. This is an old hotel with metal doors to the rooms. The rooms are very average old style TV's. I went to the restaurant and ordered the nachos and the arrived with unseasoned meat, covered with Velveeta cheese. I told that help that I could get this meal for much less a 7-11. They gave me a free drink as compensation. Awful.

This hotel is in dire need of a renovation. Our rooms were in terrible condition, wreaked of smoke and mold. There were dirty dishes in one room, mold on the A/C radiator and rust on the sprinkler heads. Based onthe accommodations we moved to at a better price the value was terrible. It was very diappointing and I would have second thoughts about staying at a Holdiay Inn again.

It was overall a good experience. They offered free buffet breakfast on Friday. This was a bonus to the package. I will keep this hotel in mind if I ever travell back to Syracuse.

Staff friendly. Detest mint scented soap/shampoo. Ok room-horrible mint scented soap and shampoo-hotel had no alternated to provide-not acceptable.

Had a nice weekend away with our children. The warm indoor pool was a great relief from the out doors.

This Holiday had an exceptional front desk personnel...I had to call ahead to make special arrangements for a guest we were meeting there (because of our delay due to weather) and they were immediatly accommodating. As we arrived we were checked in easily by a friendly young man offering any thing else we might need. Our room was nice and the beds were fantastically comfortable. We ate dinner at the restaurant downstairs greeted by an older gentleman and waitress who were also attentive and friendly. Would defintitely stay there again.

Good location, wasn't great but wasn't bad. Rooms were kind of oldies. Did the job. Wasn't great but was alright. Nice pool but full of kids and so was hot tub. I liked the bar.

Parking for the week while we flew to Florida. Smells like cigarette smoke everywhere. I would say that it was convenient for the trip we did but I would not want to return to that hotel.

This hotel has really deteriorated over the years. Everything seems a bit worn, and some other local hotels offer better value.

Only good thing was its location. Not 3 star and front desk even said so and coffee maker in room riddled with mould and broken could not use! Frankly speaking I am very disappointed. This hotel is not a 3 star.

Location. Outside entrance, no microwave, no refrigerator, no hairdryer, etc. This hotel is old. It's really bad in the back section which is the old original "motel" with outside entrances. Holiday Inn Expresses are better than this run down hotel.

Location, quietness. Actual quality versus star rating. Whatever the star rating, the holiday inn should be definitely at a lower rating than the doubletree or the renaissance.
