There were a couple employees that made our trip worth while! Michelle at the front desk and Beverly from the cafe. Both went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Both employees were always kind, courteous and very resourceful. We've stayed at many hotels and because of their services, we would stay there again. A special thanks to both employees! Magnificent job!!!

Rooms were clean, nice, and comfortable, but I had to wait 45 minutes to get there because the receptionist was obviously still learning how to check guests in. Also be prepared to spend a great deal of time in the restaurant waiting. Several employees seemed to be clueless.

I felt safe in the hotel, but worried a little bit about the valuables in my car, as I was traveling across country for a move. I was able to park in a lighted space up front, though and everything turned out fine.

This must be a hidden gem, the hotel should be a 4-star. The room is very nice and equipped with LCD TV, refrigerator, microwave. One best feature is the quiet AC which make a huge different in compare with others nearby. Would come back here again and again.

enjoyed the pool 24 hrs.liked kids eat free policy.10 miles sw of strip . not much choise for eats near hotel though.

I had to be taken to the emergency room for food poisoning from the breakfast buffet. I received 3 bags of fluid. I was sick my entire stay. Being food poisoned by the breakfast buffet made my once in a lifetime experience of my niece's graduation a total disaster. 30 of our family members were in town and I was at the hotel with vomiting and diarrhea the entire time. Will never use Priceline again and will continually discourage the rest of my friends and family from the Holiday Inn or Priceline experience.

Its a good place but its far from strip and if you dont have your own transportation to reach strip it might be a problem

Staff and amenities. Not applicable. Convenient location and great service. Add to that the inexpensive room rates and you have a winner when visiting Vegas.

If you do not need the strip this is the place. Rooms, linens, beds, towels, resturant and parking all TOP NOTCH.

the staff was very friendly. The pool and rooms were not the easiest to access. only 1 elevator and one end and stairs at the the other. The pool was not the greatest. Kind of an unclean sitting area and noisy music playing from car wash next door.

Wonderfully friendly staff, clean and attractive rooms, and very comfortable. It was hard to see signage and find the driveway. The signs were being worked on while I was there. A newer hotel, nicely decorated, very comfortable and most importantly, clean! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Wonderful place.

When I checked in the girl at the front desk was terrible. She was rude and checked us into a dirty room. Not even a sorry even though it was not her fault personally it would have been nice to hear.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It smelled like stale cigarettes. The hotel is in a developing area. It was quiet and peaceful. The restaurant food was a little pricey. It is in competition with the casino's. Who's food was just as good or better for less.

This hotel is excellent - I rated it 4 stars simply because, as a Holiday Inn, it cannot be expected, nor is it intended, to compare with the likes of the Ritz, Loews, Bellagio, MGM, etc. It is extremely clean, very comfortable, well appointed (flat panel LCD TVs, free WiFi) and has exceptional service.

Very nice rooms, hotel staff was the nicest I've ever met! All of them! Pool was not skimmed. Had a lot of debris in it. Great hotel, clean, nice rooms, andfriendly staff.
