We will definitely book at this Holiday Inn for future HersheyPark visits. Level 2 rooms are leveled with outdoor pool; the hotel has an indoor pool (4 to 6 feet) and was great for inclement weather or late swims...Our room was clean and larger than any other 2 queen-sized guest-rooms we've stayed at other hotel chains. The food at the restaurants and the Sunday Brunch was very good; the in-house Chefs should be applauded.

Location. Not a 3 star as they say it is. Overall clean but old needs a lot of paint job.

Went for a meeting at hotel. Food for meeting was above average. Meeting room was fine. No problem with reservation and room was satisfactory. Had initial trouble finding room since front desk did not give any directions, and the 200's are actually a floor below the front desk, and signange left something to be desired. Staff was friendly though.

We were given a room on the Executive floor. Disappointed that there were not special amentities. But the room was huge and roomy! Several maintanence problems I reported that were never addressed during my stay. Front desk staff very friendly. Location is great. Close to highway (hard not to find the hotel), shopping & restaurants. It's a conference hotel that is family friendly - arcade room, tennis courts with indoor and outdoor poolls kept the kids entertained.

The hotel a pleasant surprise! The staff was friendly, it was clean and it was a quick and easy trip to Hershey Park. The pool is very big and there is a great playground for the kids! There is a hot tub that we were unable to use due to time restraints. We spent our days at Hershey Park. It was approx. 10 minute drive and it was an easy trip. Would definately stay there again!

Easy to locate off interstate. Old dirty carpets left a bad impression. This hotel was adequate, but nothing more. Dirty worn down carpets on my floor set a less than pleasant impression. Everything in hotel room was fine, but nothing spectacular.

A major disappointment. The lobby was under construction; the layout was poor - requiring stairs-only access to our room. Low ceilings and a puddle outside our room. Barely clean; a prior guest's slippers were under the bed. The night and morning staff were unfriendly; no one even bothered to say ""good morning"". Near other hotels, all reasonably close to the airport, but far from the excitement of Hershey and the charm of Lancaster County.

I have stayed at this hotel roughly ten or twelve times before, but this past visit something seemed to be missing. The front desk staff was not very pleasant and we had to wait to check in. We arrived at 3:45 for a 4:00 check-in and couldn't get the room we requested (double bed/non smoking) until 4:30. We could have checked in at 3:45, but would have had to take a smoking room with 1 king bed, and that was not an option at all. Not a great start. Then the second day, we were unable to get clean towels in our room. The housekeeper told us they weren't ready yet and that she would bring them to us, but that never happened. Fortunately, the outdoor pool is great and we had nice weather so we could be outdoors when we weren't at the park.

Had an indoor pool. No tools at the outdoor pool. The carpets in the hallways were extremely stained. The hallways had an unpleasant odor. The bathroom in the room has dirty grout and needs overhauled. The housekeeper walked in one morning, even with the do not disturb sign hung out. Doors to the rooms are covered in stains. Needs a serious updating. The staff is very pleasant to interact with.

I love Holiday Inns--but this one topped all of them(that I have stayed at). Wonderful staff-checkin was a breeze-even gave us two 10 coupons for the resturant!! Awesome new beds--great big out-pool, very nice in-pool-altogether wonderful-will def come back!!!!!great 4 kids!!!

hotel was just ok the room service was terrible but they made good for it on bed didnt have a fitted sheet on it so i didnt use it i've been to better hotels

The hotel was clean, convenient to where I needed to be and my room was huge! The check in staff when I arrived wasn't very pleasant, but the staff I checked out through was great. The Holiday Inn near the Harrisburg airport is great! I felt I got a lot of bang for my buck. The room was clean, cool and I had so much room! I was only staying overnight for business. I wish I had more time to try the restaurants and food, but overall I was very happy and I would certainly consider staying there again!

Great value and a good location for Hershey Park and surrounding sights. Nice room...good A/C. The front desk staff on the night shift were very nasty but the manager was very professional and helped fix our problem. Overall a good experience.

Convenient location. Dirty carpet. Sheets and bed were clean. Bathroom excellent with lots of towels but I would like to have coffee in the morning. No coffee downstairs.

Stayed here in AUgust 2005, and I was pretty impressed considering the fact that there was construction going on. The hotel is really close to all the hershey attractions and the outdoor pool is great. Definatly recomment :]

Lot of amenities - pool, hot tub, pool table, bar. Hotel room was run down - toilet was broken. Great common spaces and things to do, but the rooms need updating and maintenance.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Hallways were hot; elevators too crowded for power wheel chair needs, ADA facilities could be better; need steps for pool. The rooms were very nice; however accessibility in halls, parking lot and elevators was poor. My husband has a power wheelchair, so that was a factor for us. The ADA adaptations in the room itself were fine. Our room was too far away from the main lobby.
