| Staff is GREAT, location is also great, internet good, rooms are fairly large BUT AC is non-existant and so is heater. For heater they will bring an electric portable to the room and it works out OK. For AC it just stays too hot for those few weeks in Germany that it can get hot. The windows open from side and top and you will need them to. Also CNN is only english channel on TV which I find annoying but it is Germany. I have stayed here at least once in every season and last time I swore never again because of the TV and ventilation problems but I do really like the location so who knows. |

| Hotel was 2 blocks from train station. Easy walking distance even with luggage. Folks friendly, helpful. Air Conditioning worked great. Very comfortable and great value. |
