The rooms were very crammed. The pool water was slimy & the fitness center was nothing special either. I think it was completely over priced for what we type of room we were in as well.

Beautiful. Clean. All young people. Located right on the strip in Windsor. Bathroom was a little dirty when we first checked in.

Polite and friendly staff; always ready to help and gave us excellent choices for dining and things to do. Clean hotel. Everything was great. Lots to do in the area. Walking distance to many attractions. Will definitely come back again.

Ramada is right in the heart of windsor, and Is great for college students that just want a weekend get a way. Ramada is conveniently place on the strip surrounded by many bar/clubs, and also provides a shuttle to/from Casino.

I needed a hotel close to the VA in Detroit. So this was closest and I have never been to Canada so why not? The staff is great at the Holiday. Secure paid parking $6.00 us. AS I looked around the area I observed 2 doors down; a tatoo parlor, 3 massage places , tourist shops , eaters and the casino 3 or 4 blocks down from hotel.Shuttle from hotel to casino every 20min. Feb weather in is ugly.I said to myself should I get a tatoo,a massage? Not. If I was to get a tatoo it would say Canada is Ugly. Just kidding. The people I talked with from Can.were great ! The hotel eatery was very good.reccommended by hotel checkin clerk babe. I would stay at this hotel again, again. I was there for aprox.15hrs. Eat,drink, sleep then work. The hotel was clean, somewhat quiet, secure, friendly. rating from 1-5 would be a 3.75 because the staff, food, and overall friendly people to converse with. I travel alot on job and would reccommend this place for business travel, couples but not families because of the surrounding area. Thats the skinny from Timmy.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, very big and comfortable rooms. Parking was a bit cramped, and I had to pay for it. The hotel was clean, our rooms were neat and very big. The front desk was more than happy to recommend a restaurant for us and they helped us get adjoining rooms. Overall my stay was very enjoyable.

I recently made a weekend trip up to Windsor and have never stayed at a downtown hotel before. After staying at the Holiday Inn I wouldn't choose any other in the area because this one was perfect for me!! Right from check in I felt at home, the staff were very professional and helpful, I also signed up for their hotel rewards program and for being a Priority Club member I was sent a basket of goodies and offered a 2pm check out at no extra cost (definitely was needed after a weekend of fun!!) Hotel is in the middle of the nightlife scene and the casino, no need to drive! Definitely would come back!

When we checked in, we were told that there were no available non-smoking rooms. Our confirmation indicates that we reserved two non-smoking rooms. The rooms we stayed reeked of smoke. They were very small and the bathroom fshower fixture was coming out of the wall. Needless to say, we were very disappointed. The rest of the trip was great!!

I was on a venture to be reunited with my biological family. The Holiday Inn in Windsor was so accomidating. The room was spotless and the staff was wonderful. We ran into a little delay in our pick up on our check out date...the staff let us leave our luggage in trust for over 5 hrs before our ride arrived. They would not have to have done this but the going out of there way was a very pleasant surprise. Because of their consideration, we could walk around Windsor and enjoy some sites. I would Very much recommend this hotel to everyone whom is going that direction. Looking forward to staying with them in the future. Thank you to the staff!!!

The rooms were very stylish and comfortable. The parking situation was difficult and we had to pay for parking. It was a nice hotel with great location. The people working at the hotel were very friendly. The parking situation was hard to maneuver.

The location was ideal, room was nice, staff was friendly. We had no hot water. Called that night, but still wasn't fixed by the morning. Not able to shower! The room and location were great. Half the reason for having a hotel room is to be able to sleep, and that need was fulfilled. But the other half is to have a place to shower and get ready in the morning. We had no hot water - even after calling that night and someone telling us that it would get fixed. The next morning, we couldn't even shower!

Great location for the clubs. Ran out of ice in the ice machines. Everything was great. The hotel staff was very friendly. It's very close to the clubs, if you are looking to go clubbing. They did, however, run out of ice. They need more ice machines.

Great location for night life, casino, and restaurants. Hotel was very clean and updated. Staff was friendly when needed. Great location for young people who are trying to experience the night life, but can be loud, as expected with so many teenagers out having a good time. Overall, hotel met my expectations and I enjoyed our stay.

The staff was really friendly. Drunken kids everywhere. I really liked the hotel, very clean, and great staff. However, one night my room had things stolen from it. Some drunken kids in the room next to us were really ridiculous.

Had a selection between double beds and 1 bed. I liked the hotel and in a super sweet spot on the strip! It was a nice hotel. Plenty of room for 4 people to stay in a double bed room.

The location ands staff was great. The beds were a lot smaller than they were the last time we were there. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and the location was great. The hotel rooms were not great. The beds were downsized from when it was under a different hotel name, the TV was ancient and the remote didn't work, the shower would not hold a constant temperature, and the mini fridge looked like someone had tried to break into it with a hammer.

Nothing. Parking was charged to park car onto of hotel stay. When we got there the elevator was down and only one person offered to help us with our luggage, to the top of the eight floors. Only had an hour to get ready for a wedding, which made us late getting to it. We were charged $20.00 on top of the fee for our room.

I liked that the hotel was in the spotlight for all the clubs and local food. They charge extra for parking, extra people, and they have to many rules that you sign When I first arrived to this hotel, they had me sign a bunch of rules such as no slamming doors, no acting out in the hallways, no talking in hallways after midnight, no extra people in the room at all. Then they charged me for parking which was ridiculous. After that they told me I had to pay extra charges for people in my room even if they weren't spending the night. Then in the morning they told me that I had to pay a 250 charge because my room had an odor which I couldn't even fight because they said that I signed a paper saying it. It was ridiculous. Go to the travel lodge, you may have to park at the casino to pay no fees but the room is bigger, the bathroom is more roomier and they are so much nicer than this rip off hotel.
