Hotel appeared to be recently remodeled. Rooms were in excellent shape. Large lobby, friendly, helpful staff. Parking garage available.

The courtesy shuttle took an hour to show up. When we complained to the front desk they apologized and gave us coupons for a free breakfast. The room was recently renovated and looked good--but--the rest of the hotel was deep into renovations so few amenities were available on site. The staff was very polite and helpful.

New and pleasing decor, medium to small room, comfortable, computer access in room was good, comfortable, and friendly staff. No towel bar in bathroom was only deficiency noted. The hotel was not busy over holiday period, and rates were lower than usual. Parking place was $10/night (a surprise), and not always attended. Smallish swimming pool was closed, but exercise room was open. Nice buffet breakfast with a chef to make omlets, etc. to order.

All I can say about this hotel is used and abused! i try to look for a full service hotel for business travel and this seemed to fit the bill. The lobby is ok but could use serious updating. The rooms are terrible....old musty, in need of a good cleaning. There was actually a foot print on the wall next to the desk. I won't stay here again.

Very comfy beds, with clean white linen. Had to pay $10 per day to park. Wonderful hotel that just underwent a huge remodel. Very friendly staff, free shuttle to surrounding areas and train stations. The only thing I did not like is that my priceline reservation did not include parking at the hotel. The hotel charged an additional $10.00 per day to park, which raised the overall price of my trip.

Cleanliness and modern. My stay was great! Sometimes you never know what you will get in a hotel room - loved the glass shower doors instead of the shower curtain!

Good facility to catch a nights sleep. No full fledged gymnasium. Convenient and close to Stamford downtown. Parking was paid. No free happy hours.

Great location, friendly and welcoming staff, the shuttle service is excellent. I am looking forward to staying there very soon again. Cannot think of anything. The management and staff are just great, they go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that their guest are satisfied. I love staying at the Holiday Inn (Stamford CT).

Great room, internet. I was surprised how great this hotel was. I have stated a two of the 4 star hotel in area, and this hotel is the best for the money. Would stay there again.

The location is ideal the staff is very professional and friendly, the shuttle service is great. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there and I am looking forward. I do not like to pay for parking as a guest. I enjoy staying at the Holiday Inn at Stamford, I am looking forward to staying there again soon.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Handicap room was too small for wheelchair move ability Handicap room should have 2 double beds, not just a king. Wheel-in shower was good.
