Hotel was in a good location to downtown. Building looked really nice throughout. Room had a modern feel to it. AMAZING floor to ceiling windows offered great views of the city and mountains. Good location to Chase and U.S. Airways Stadiums.

The hotel itself was very nice. The rooms were updated and large. The bed was comfortable and the decor was fancy. The only complaints would be the parking as there are only a few parking spots at the hotel otherwise you have to park in a neighboring hotels parking lot about a block away. The service was wonderful and we enjoyed their patio.

Very nice staff, eager to help, lovely room, good pool. Very good experience.

Staff wasfriendly, spacious room. Little parking on premises, had to walk half a block for parking. Very good except for the parking situation, having valet parking would help.

This hotel was selected due to its proximity to our daughter's apartment--other than that it seems to be close to downtown but not golf or other touristy stuff. Nevertheless, our room was very attractive and comfortable, and the staff was courteous and responsive. When we found that the hairdryer was broken, it was replaced within 10 minutes. We did not use room service or the restaurant on site. Phoenix water is ghastly tasting, but we filled our water bottles from the water cooler in the hotel's fitness center.

The hotel was beautiful and our room had an incredible view of the city. I think the hotel has been recently re-done, because it was incredibly clean and modern. The only draw back was the parking. If you aren't able to get a spot in the small parking lot in front of the hotel you have to go around the corner to another hotel's parking garage. The walk back to the hotel from the other garage is a little questionable, especially at night. But I still loved the friendly staff and the beautiful room we stayed in. We stayed here on our way to Las Vegas and this hotel was nicer than the room we got at New York New York!

Room size. Original room smell. Originally, we were put in a room that smelled like raw sewage. After calling to the front desk, we were immediately moved to a different room. Other than our initial problem, our stay was great!

When a huge storm blew across Phoenix...our flight was canceled out of PHX. We were directed to the Holiday Inn Phoenix Downtown North. Due to high winds and lots of rain the hotel was in the center of the storm. Due to the situation, we were very frustrated and just wanted to get home. At that point what can a person really do about mother nature. We were greeted with smiles and warm welcomes from the all the staff at the hotel. It didn't seem to bother any of the staff that there were lots of people that needed a safe, dry and cool room. They were all working together as team players. They went out of there way to make every person feel like they were truley cared about by offering a FREE drink at the lounge, talked to each guest on a personal level and arranged wake up calls and cab fars back to the airport in the morning. I would strongly recommend this hotel for top notch customer service. We wished the hotel did provide a shuttle to and from the airport. All around a GREAT place!

Clean and friendly staff. No parking, no special perks/continental breakfast/no fridge or microwave in the room.

This was an excellent room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is near the brand new light rail so it makes transit through the city easy and cheap. I was able to walk to a great Mexican resturant just a few blocks away. Overall, great experience.

The bed was comfortable. The bar was bad and bartender often absent for long periods of time.

Front desk employees were very helpful in making sure we were comfortable. Parking is very limited, and garage is a distance away with no elevators. Very nice clean rooms with great views from top floors. Front desk attendants were very nice, and helped us with whatever we needed done. Coffee shop inside was very good (Starbucks), and is very much appreciated for people on the move. My finance and I loved this hotel, just wish there was more parking, other than that everything was wonderful!

Friendly, courteous staff. We stayed over the Christmas Holiday, visiting family and friends, so the place was nearly all ours. The restaurant was closed for the holidays, for part of our visit, but the food we did have there was good. We would definitely stay here again.
