The hotel is in a great location and close to the event we were attending at UNL Larry the Cable Guy but the bar service was very slow. The rooms were clean but the bathrooms in the lobby area were dirty. When we returned after the show to the restaurant and bar it was still understaffed one bartender and one waitress. You would think they would of planned ahead to handle the crowds.

The business center came in handy. The elevators were extremely slow. The parking is a pain because it is a big garage. Luckily we didn't have to pay the $7 parking fee. The hotel was really everything we expected once we got inside. Outside was a little tough for carrying bags from the parking garage as there are no bellman (or were not any that we ever saw). The room was great, but the bathroom was a little dirty (hairs in the tub).

The hallway was smelly and warm. Fortunately, the room was fine. Most of the staff was fine - though, when I called the front desk once, the clerk was short with me - seemed like she was in conversation with someone else. Convenient location

The hotel is right next the Haymarket and downtown Lincoln . On saturday mornings they have a farmers market with all different vendors. There is so much to see and do around the hotel without having to get in a car. The rooms are big, i stayed in a room big enough for a king size bed and sofa and didn't feel crowded.

Location to Haymarket area. Construction that is currently taking place at the hotel. Great location with views of Lincoln, depending upon the floor that you are staying on. The quality of the room was very good and the housekeeping staff stocked the towels and made the bed daily. A pleasant experience and great place to stay in Lincoln!

If you are looking for a nice place don't come here. My room smelled like an ash tray from top to bottom. Location is great if you're in town for a football game other than that STAY AWAY. Service was very poor as well. If you want a nice room for about the same price and just as good of location, stay at one of the other higher end hotel chains in downtown Lincoln. When I went to speak to front desk about the quality of my room, I didn't even get a ""sorry"". Save your money and go else where!

I WAS THERE ON A BUSINESS TRIP. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE HOTEL WAS A 4 BLOCK WALK AWAY FROM THE VENUE.SAFE ,CLEAN CITy. The ac unit did not cool the room as quickly as I would have liked. This was agood trip.

Very comfortable large beds with luxurious coverings. Very large rooms. The hotel is under construction and parking was nearly impossible. The hotel food is average. The sports bar is well situated inside. The conference center is off the lobby and is very noisy with high foot traffic. The parking garage fills up fast. The rooms are very nice, but the wireless internet is very slow and not working, the TV kept shutting off during the MLB playoffs. The business center has really old PCs.

Great spot in Lincoln, easy access to good bars, restaurants and the capitol.

Top floor offered excellent view of the city. Cleanliness of the main floor-lobby.

My room was next to Ice making machine and vending machine. So, it was bit noisy. Also, refrigerator made noise periodically and it was quiet bothering.

Good location. Available parking facility. Smell of mold in bathroom. Parking garage was tight!

Great location. Clean rooms. Good beds. Fair price.

The location is centrally located. The construction. The hotel was great we had a great experience, the only problem is our room was missing a light cover and the refrigerator defrosted with the water over flowing, which we considered very minor.

I wish we had known they were having a beer/ale tasting convention. Needless to say, we spent the majority of the evening listening to people that had too much to drink singing, arguing, etc etc. We were even on the 12th floor, and they were coming up there making lots of noise. My 3 year old heard them, which made for a fun time of trying to get him back to sleep. Also, the pool was absolutely no fun for my children. They are ages 3 years and 1 year and the pool starts at 5 1/2 feet and goes to the deep end of almost 8 feet. Mom and Dad are just tall enough to get into the water with our heads going under- let alone trying to entertain 2 small children. The one thing I can say is that we loved the location. We went to the Lincoln Children's Museum and it was just a short trip over. Plus, lots of nice places to eat if you are up for a short walk.

Comfortable-great location- Clean. Room was a bit small. This hotel was clean and comfortable and close to the U of N campus where we need to be near the Haymarket area for great food.

Close to restaurants. Re billed me for my room and it was dirty. I would not stay here again if ever in this town I would stay at the Marriott.

The room was large and comfortable with a microwave and a small refrigerator. I had a nice view of downtown Lincoln. The location was great...it was just a short walk to many events. The restaurant in the hotel is very good and other good choices for dining out are within easy walking distance. The hotel features covered parking with easy access.

The location was perfect. Needs more elevators. It's a great place to stay.
