The hotel room was standard. In the time we stayed, hotel staff made the bed every day and changed the towels. But, the room was never vacuumed nor did it appear that any other cleaning was done. The staff however were very polite and friendly.You are very far from any beaches and there is no easy way to get to any of them. We ate at the restaurant which has potential. But, whatever gimmick they are trying to pull off is not working and the prices are totally out of whack.

Great bed, flat screen, saw an owl – great. The bathroom door opened into the bathroom - small. We traveled with our 4 children and the room itself was very comfortable and roomy. The bathroom door opened into the bathroom so it made it hard to get into the bathroom. Everything else was fantastic the beds and pillows were great and comfy. Parking lot was lit up and was well kept. We would stay there again for sure.

Front desk manager went out of his way to find us information on activities and was very cordial...everyone was very friendly and helpful...most enjoyable visit...

The hotel was clean and secure. The staff was courtesous and friendly. CHAR GrillHouse was a new dining experience..and enjoyable. We're already planning to visit this hotel again.

The staff was friendly and it was real close to downtown. The room had a funny smell to it and the restaurant didn't open on time. Overall the hotel was nice for a short stay. I certainly wouldnt want to spend an extended stay there. The staff was friendly and the pool area was clean and maintained. The lobby was clean. Complimentary Wi-Fi was nice even though you had to sit in the hallway to get a good signal. This place is fine for an overnight stay, a couple days at the most.

The Holiday Inn was a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, modern, comfortable. The pool area was relaxing and clean. The staff was efficient and friendly. Price was reasonable. And the perk was a Dunkin Donuts in lot next to parking for hotel. Great experience.

It was close to where we needed to be. The floors in the room were all tile, very cold! The location was convenient, though not very appealing. While the lobby was very clean and nice, I did expect more of our room. The room we received was downstairs right next to the pool, which afforded little privacy. Also, neither of us liked the tile floors throughout the room. Pillows and shower were excellent!

We stayed based on the reviews and they were right on! We really liked the room and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The pool was nice nd clean and the business center was well equipped. There is a Dunkin Donuts right next door for breakfast. We would stay again.

Hotel was very clean and the staff went out of there way to help with anything I needed. I stayed in this hotel a few years back and what a difference. I will be staying here again on my next visit to Fort Myers.

The rooms were nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was horrible. Not in a good area at all. The hotel itself has well-appointed rooms and common areas. The staff is friendly and helpful. We were there for 11 nights, and on the last night had to change rooms due to a noise issue in the room next to us. The made the transition simple. Overall, though, we were not comfortable at the hotel due to the shady area in which it is located. You can't walk past the parking lot at night for fear of personal harm. We ate at the restaurant one night and were disappointed by the small portions of overcooked food.

I'm suspicious of great reviews--likely writen by staff, not this one! I was so impressed at check in, all my paperwork was already complete check in faster than 30 seconds, staff even walked me to the soda machine when I asked where it was. this is not a five star resort but the employees make you feel like you are a five star guest.

Convenient to the Red Sox ballpark. Proximity to the red sox ball park in the sense that you can leave the car there and walk to the park. That was a great and nice surprise to simply walk everywhere. Great location.

This hotel has plasma TV's and has a great layout. The restaurant attached is super! They are building a Dunkin Donuts in front of the hotel, which will be great once done for a cup of coffee.
