Great underground parking. Very nice room but too warm for my comfort and temp was not adjustable. Excessive noise in the hallway at night was irritating.

This was a good Holiday Inn compared to what I have been in others before. This was good and clean. I am just not happy that it was never mentioned anywhere that there will a parking fees except on weekends.

It's very close to the high way exit, comfortable but they do charge $5 parking fee if your stay is not on weekends.

The HI in downtown Fresno is a refurbed older building that provides great rooms from the standpoint of everything is new, the beds are great, the wide flat panel TV is sweet, and the appointments, linens, towels, etc. are very nice. A few details were missed. The windows are the same ones from when the building was new, letting in much noise and heat during the summer. The pipes in the building are old and yellow water from the rusting comes out when you first turn on the water. The elevators have signage to wrong locations for the fitness facilities. The pool is still awaiting permitting approval to be refurbed and usable. The parking is underground and shared with the casino next door. Overall not a bad hotel but the area is not safe for after hours exploration. In a few months, maybe the hotel will be up to speed and ready for another review.

We were visiting family; There was nothing missing during our stay. The staff was great! The only thing I would change was the comfort level of the bed. It was just a little to hard for my comfort, but in all, great.

Great food next door at club one casino 24 hours. Hassles with Ace parking. Hotel had recently been renovated and was much better than 2 stars. Rooms had nice furnishings, great beds and large flat screen HD TV. No food service at hotel at 8 PM at night but the casino next door had great food and service at excellent prices. My only problem was a dispute leaving the hotel over parking charges. Ace Parking very rude.

Best room service in town. Nothing. This was a great stay it made a bad situation tolerable.

The bed, the pillows and the blankets were great. The toiletries were appreciated. Liked having the bible. The parking not being elevator friendly. The night clerk was very accomidating in moving us from a smoking room to a non smoking. There is always things that happen that there is no control over such as noise from motorcycle traffic. I felt comfortable in the room but was only there to sleep.

Recently remodeled. Located next to casino. Attracts noise at night. Good for Fresno!

Location was central. No dark-out curtains, couldn't sleep because of light from outside. If you need to be downtown in Fresno, this hotel is good. If you need to actually sleep, like in a dark room, this hotel is not good.

The room was big and clean. The parking lot could have more security. The hotel was great. The lobby is nice and large, light and clean. Free parking garage downtown is a great thing. The room was clean and bright and large. Hot water makes me very happy and there was plenty. Movie selection was also good.

The bed linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. The lighting was very dim in the room.

Very comfortable bed. Lack of parking for Uhaul. We arrived very late due to travel difficulties (2am). The staff was fairly friendly given the time of night. There was no way to accommodate our Uhaul given their downtown location and small parking garage, so we had to park many blocks away in a unsafe-looking neighborhood. The room, however, was extremely comfortable, with a great bed, shower, and other amenities. It's too bad we weren't staying their longer.

Clean! Fluffy queen size beds with 4 pillows each! Very clean hotel. Nice beds with 4 fluffy pillows each! Parking is under the hotel in parking garage, but free & seemed safe with hotel elevator close by. Definitely should rate more than 2 stars.

Very nice! More than expected! On the 6th floor, elevator wasn't working properly. Took stairs. Lobby and rooms were very nice! Almost nicer than my hotel in Vegas (Planet Hollywood). Very clean, classy and nice! Great TV's too! Only complaint was they were having elevator issues and we waited 10 minutes for one until we just took the stairs (on the 6th floor, not fun in heels).
