This hotel was everything I would expect at a hotel twice the price. The rooms were spacious, beautiful decor, clean and very comfortable. The dinner, prime rib, was excellent. The morning breakfast in the dinning room was at no extra charge and was full buffet. From the dining room to the front desk, everyone was pleasant and eager to please. I was very impressed.

We felt completely comfortable and relaxed in this hotel. Exceptional service and quiet atmosphere. The rooms were well appointed with lots of little things to make it more comfortable like wonderful pillows and beds to sink into after a long day.

Clean room. Too close to highway noise. This hotel is exactly what I expected from a Holiday Inn Express - clean, comfortable, breakfast included.

Location/cleanliness. Freeway noise and view. Terrible breakfast (though free).

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was great!

Very clean & great complimentary breakfast. Very close to I-5. Very nice and convenient hotel. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Only minor problem is the Freeway noise.

It was great, enjoyed the stay. Nothing. Great place, close to highway and city. Great breakfast buffet. Room walls were a little too thin and we could hear the neighbours. The pool and free breakfast were awesome. I loved that the pool was open 24 hours for adults.

Clean and modern. About 30 min. from Downtown Seattle. Great hotel. I've stayed in many hotels in Seattleand was not impressed with the rooms at all. Here, it was exactly what I wanted and the front desk was so helpful. I needed a fridge in my room and they brought one up for me! Great breakfast, bed andhotel!

Breakfast was very plentiful, staff at front desk was most helpful. The bathroom could have been left cleaner, andI wondered how clean the carpets was. It was easy access to the highway, central to many things. Desk staff was very friendly and helpful as was the dining room staff.

Staff was helpful. Location from downtown Seattle is far away.

Free breakfast; big bedroom, comfortable bed andpillows. Lobby was pretty full. Busy elevator. Great room. Comfortable mattress and pillows.

The bed was extremely comfy. The pool was very cold. It was not pleasant. A beautiful lobby, extremely helpful staff and a lovely room. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. There was a very nice breakfast buffet for no extra charge. We weren't treated differently. The business center was not easy to get to, though was right next to the elevator on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately, the elevators were extremely slow and the stairs are on the far end of each wing. It took 5 minutes to get to an area not 50 feet away from the front desk. A little silly, but it's free and provides printing. How convenient! Only one other complaint, that is the indoor pool was down right cold! Almost no one was in it, because of that. On the good side, the hot tub was quite pleasant so I guess there was a trade-off.

Hotel was very clean and tidy. Everything looks new and feels more like a 3+star hotel. Service at the restaurant - not very good. Service was not only slow, but was close to non-existent.

Location, breakfast was awesome, lattes in house. Room was noisy. Called ahead and notation was made to put us on opposite side of freeway and they went ahead and put us near freeway. Very noisy. The hotel was great as was the staff. The only problem was the noise level. Apparently the staff didn't read the notes entered the night before and assigned us the wrong room. It was not only noisy but a smoking room.

Great service at front desk, free breakfast and parking. Sheets were worn and threadbare, looked like motel. Although the lobby of the hotel looked new and inviting, and the service was exemplary, I found the decor to be a bit worn and dated. The room was dark and resembled a cheap motel room. It may be okay for families, but is definitely far from romantic and a getaway. The sheets were really off putting because they were old and worn. The mattress was so uncomfortable and worn out. Perhaps upgrading the rooms would be of benefit.

Great pool, free breakfast and very clean! Wanted a closer hotel to Seattle.
