it is really too far from the ocean. it took me 45 minutes everyday to get into the ocean. also, the room it small and there is no refrigerator and microwave.

The hotel was clean, and the beds were comfortable. It had a very plain, small swimming pool. The front desk staff answered my questions, but they were not friendly. The room was clean and attractive. The beds were comfortable, and they provided two sets of pillows - one firm and one soft. There was a small coffee pot in the room. The pool was disappointing. We decided to go to the beach after we saw the pool.

Room was extremely clean. Very well decorated. Staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful. One thing I think would be helpful for the elderly would be a safety bar inside the shower as well as a rougher bottom on the tub. Otherwise, everything was A+ .

We stayed here for a day before our cruise and a day after. Excellent facility. Staff very friendly and polite, even allowed in earlier than the check in time. The complimentary shuttle was great. Looking forward to stay again on our next cruise, would always book this hotel.

Attentive front desk person. Miami international jet noise. This is a convenient hotel to the Everglades and to a few tourist desinations west of Miami. Staff was friendly and comped up with free breakfasts for a minor snafu at checkin. My family appreciated the extra attention. The pool was relaxing. Just a short drive to Shark Valley entrance to Everglades National Park.

24 hour Security in the parking lot. In room internet was not working andTV was small. Conveniently located close to the Miami and Fort Lauderdale airports, this hotel lived up to its 2 ½ star rating. The room was big, and the bathroom had all the amenities that you would expect at a Holiday Inn. The swimming pool was rather small as well as the television and the fitness center had three machines that worked but was not anything to write home about. Free internet wireless service was offered throughout the property however during my stay the internet was not functional within my room. Front desk officials stated that the internet contractor was poor and that they were scheduled to have another provider at the beginning of the following week. Upscale restaurants and dance clubs are also within walking distance and the parking lot had nightly security patrolling. Overall, this is a nice clean and affordable hotel.

I liked the location. Their swimming pool was small. The hotel was OK; I learned that I really did not get a deal as the Priceline suggested. I learned that I paid a normal price for the room.

It was quite far from the airport and as we were traveling to/from the airport it was time consuming. also we had an 7:00 am flight on a Saturday and had to pay for a taxi because the shuttle service didn't start early enough, so we had to pay $30 for a taxi due to how far the hotel was from the airport.

The staff was very helpful. There was a computer and printer (free), available so we could print boarding passes. I would have liked a free continental breakfast. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful, the rooms very comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

Will not stay in this hotel again. Exceptionally poor sound insulation. Noisy hotel bar till 4:00 a.m! Can't sleep. If you want to stay in the hotel bar till 4:00 a.m. it is great. If you want a quiet room to sleep, don't stay in this hotel. The sound insulation is exceptionally poor. You can hear the music and the people talking in the hotel bar!
