First, the staff was very friendly. Every time I walked through the lobby, I was greeted by a staff member. The food in the restaurant was very good. Not gourmet-quality, but, tasty, good and satisying...and, a good variety of options. And, now to the best part: the beds are soooo comfortable. And, they give you pillow options: there are four on the bed. One has a "firm" ribbon around it. Another has a "soft" ribbon around it. So, you get to choose what kind of pillow you want. The sheets are high-quality and cozy. While the A/C unit in each room is pretty noisy, I found it served as "white noise" to tune out any other noises and I slept like a baby. The entire facility was spotless. The pool and hot tub were crispy clean and, while not necessarily plush, both were enjoyable. With affordable rates, a friendly staff and comfort...what more could you ask for!??!?

High speed internet, good bed. Desk manager was bad. Avoid this hotel! Dated rooms, worn and tired and dirty decor. Room near an elevator and the dinging and noise was endless. Sink would not drain, dirty water is gross. Hotel hallways filled with loud foreigners at all hours. Inept front desk manager. Before Holiday Inns worries about their logo they should check the quality of their hotels. I would never stay here again.

I enjoyed my time at the Holiday Inn was pleased with the location and comfort of the Hotel. I would recommend it to anyone staying in the Diamond Bar area.

Quiet, convenient location. Small business center. Very nice hotel, quiet, clean, excellent location, close to the Fairplex and not too far from downtown.

Staff was nice and had a good bar, safe for single woman. Old and dirty, noisy from freeway. This is and older hotel, staff was excellent and bar was friendly. Elevators too small, dingy rooms and noise from freeway, This should be 2 stars at most.

Friendly, informed staff; good base for travels in region east of LA. Nothing in walking distance. Fine, spotlessly clean, quiet facility in a non-destination location, but with excellent road access to many places (commercial, academic, recreational) in every direction. Fine wineries and colleges in easy reach, and attractions of other kinds.

Business center use was free and very helpful in the middle of my travel. Elevator is on its last legs. For the family or vacation traveler the pool, spa and patio area make this stop a nice break from the road. Comfortable, easy access and nice. For the business traveler, the free use of the business center computers and printers made my travel more productive. The best thing about the hotel and the thing that has me return to any hotel is the service. The staff here is excellent catering to your needs.

They had hot chocolate chip cookies and apples for us upon our arrival. The sign light shown in our room all night but the black out curtains took care of that. Easy access, friendly staff, good bar and restaurant, newly remodeled, good value for the price.
