The folks at this hotel were incredibly professional, friendly and always ready and willing to assist you with anything you needed. In my estimation, the Holiday Inn chain is moving up in the world of classy hotels. This one in particular received oohs and aahs from myself and the other five guests I was with. For our purposes of attending a concert at Red Rocks, this hotel was an ideal location! I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Nice for the price. Ihad to pay much more than I wanted to stay one unexpected night.

The hotel was one of the best I've seen for its price range. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean. Thank you for helping make our vacation great!

Room was fine, except the bathroom didn't seem real clean. Needed an update or a real deep clean. Staff was friendly and helpful and the location was easy to get to.

Newly remodeled, clean and comfortable. Good location. Hot tub not functional, too hot to use! Newly remodeled. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Staff was very helpful. Service in restaurant at breakfast was phenomonal. Had same waiter each day, and he would entertain the kids while taking care of us, and made good recommendations for area attractions that the kids might enjoy. Very very friendly.

We were in Lakewood to visit family, and the Holiday Inn was the closest to their home. It was very convenient to other places we needed to see, and close to shopping and a variety of restaurants. We were also pleased with the condition of the facility - very well maintained and clean. The bathroom was a decent size, with a good shower. Our only ate breakfast in the restaurant, but the food and service were very good. The French toast was excellent!

This hotel lived up to my expectations for its nationally known brand. The hot tub was not in working order. I was totally impressed with the price and the quality of the hotel and the room that I stayed in.

This is a nice enough hotel, but don?t try to find your way there based on the address. It is not on Hampden at all, you have to turn, not onto Hampden, but a completely different road, W. Jefferson then S. Vance St. This hotel did do the ultimate sin in my book and that is charging me for an 800 call to their technical support when their wireless internet service was not working. There is no free breakfast.

everything was great! comfortable beds, convenient location, quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Excellent staff, extra clean room, very comfortable. There were three weddings going on, very busy. It is rated 2.5 because it is not upscale, but really I have stayed other places called 4 star that were not nearly as excellent as this. Very clean, excellent food in restaurant, very well kept, excellent customer service.

Great staff. Horrible restaurant with hair in the food. Upgraded my room, and still can't firgure out what I got for tyhe extra I paid. Their web site lists refriegtaor and microwave in the rooms, but there is none. I could go on and on about why I hated this hotel. Don't bother, go elsewhere.

The hotel was great overall. We stayed two nights, and I got great sleep for both. The jacuzzi and sauna room is open 24 hours a day, which was great. Only complaint there was the jacuzzi temperature was almost too hot to enjoy. The outdoor pool is heated, and was plenty large enough to enjoy even when families and kids were present. Our destination (Red Rocks Amphiteater) was even closer than we thought it was going to be, so it was nice to be such a short drive to go to the concert the second night of our stay.

The staff was excellent. Bar area at front door. I cannot say enough about the staff at this hotel. I had a specific need and they met it above and beyond. My check-in with one of the staff was easy and helpful. He was one of the best hotel clerks I have encountered in a long time.

This hotel offered a fairlly good range of services. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful however in some instances the communication between the day and night shifts were lacking. Offered the appearance of luxury on a very tight budget.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Denver/Lakewood CO. My family enjoyed the view along with the amenities that they had to offer. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very responsive to our needs. The location was within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping and within minutes of driving through the picturesque scenery. I will definitely stay there again when I return to visit.

Nothing. Hotel is dated and in bad need of renovation. This hotel compares very unfavorably with other 2 1/2 star properties that I have stayed at in the same area.

"I was able to enjoy this property in October. The staff was awesome, the facilities were clean, and the location was great. I'd definitely stay there again!"

Totally remodeled faculty, new bed, furniture carpet, bath very nice. No indoor pool. Our room was totally remodeled; it was like staying in a brand new room. The furniture was all brand new, carpet, bathroom, etc. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only draw back was the fact that they didn't have an indoor pool. Initially I was scared because of the 2 1/2 star rating. The restaurant was perfect for a family, kids eat free, for the whole family of 5 to eat, and we spent under.

Rooms were just renovated and are warm and inviting - lovelly! Staff is gracious and helpful. I also enjoyed the free wireless internet.
