The Hotel was very accomodating to the 160 folks who were there for the 50th Year Reunion of Needham (MA) High School, Class of 1959. I was happy with the choice...and as The Reunion Guy who organizes all these reunions, I suppose that might mean something.

Access to I-95. Finding the entrance is a 10 minute task. Several public bathrooms (3 or 4) were out of order for the 3 days during a scheduled business meeting. People had to walk a mile or got to the pool to use a restroom.

"Internet did not work, we notified the desk. Our room key cards were only activated the first day. On day two we got locked out and had to ask for them to be reactivated 5 floors down in the lobby! There were many children in the room above us and they stomped on the floor(our ceiling) until 230 am both nights!! We could hear a baby crying through the side walls of the room. When we brought items to the attention of the desk personnel they seemed less than motivated and uninterested and they did not apologize nor promise to take action on those items. Not pleased."

Room was very spacious, quiet and clean. Holiday Inn although centrally located, has a difficult parking lot to maneuver. Despite this, it has excellent amenities, larger than usual rooms that are very clean very and friendly staff.

Our nonsmoking room smelled like smoke so the next day they said they would move us to another room. They moved us to a room with 2 double beds (instead of 1 queen) so we asked to be moved to a third room. We opened the door and the bed was unmade and the TV was on...the room had not been cleaned.

The Holiday Inn provided a very relaxing atmosphere for my boyfriend and I. Joe's Grill next door has great food and is close enough that we didn't have to go far for food. I only wish the hotel had (food) room service 24/7, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, the service was pleasing. The shuttle to the commuter railroad was very helpful and convenient for us to travel to and from downtown Boston. The pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Bathroom sink faucet and shower head leaked. This hotel is under major renovations.The bathroom was old, moldy and the paint was pealing from the ceiling. The workout room was closed. The room was OK.

I have I was very Impressed with the Holiday Inn Dedham location Its easy access to the hignway and free internet for directions to where i wanted to go worked super. The breakfast inclued in the price of the room was superb by far the best hotel breakfast value i had. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. I can't remember na,es but the all deserve a big thankyou. All in all i enjoyed my visit to Boston and will stay at this when I return to Boston.

The room was comfortable and clean. Check in was fast and easy. In addition there is an amazing Asian restaurant right next door that has the most delicious food. I would stay at this hotel if I am ever in Boston again.

The restaurant which was next to the hotel was great. Everything else. The location is horrible, the staff was less than friendly, and the hotel is run down, the hallways, the lighting is dingy and dirty and the rooms are terrible, old, and dirty. I was afraid to actually sleep in the bed, which I did and my back was completely wrecked.

Holiday Inn Dedham was a nice place to spend the night after a busy day of activities. Its conveniently located near the major highways and easy to find. The room was clean and big with standard amenities. Customer service was excellent and prompt. The food menu was a bonus as it was not expensive and beat driving around for a diner near by. The only problem we had was a room key that didnt work when we got back to the hotel really late and we really didnt want to deal with this sort of thing at 1 in the morning.

Some of the staff were very nice. The smell of sewage in the room! When we first arrived we were overlooked by staff while they helped someone who arrived after we did and we were the only ones standing there. So we asked to speak with the manager. We were given wrong directions to the room and had to call front desk to come and show us, which they were very nice about. We were sent to the wrong building. Then after a shower there was a strong sewage smell in the room. It was horrible but we had to go out. We were late so we could not alert staff. But by the time we returned it had passed.

Thw hotel room smelled a bit sour. Our room key kept shutting down causing us to return to the front desk twice to have it reactivated.

We were able to check in earlier, good location, friendly people. It should come with a refrigerator. Overall this hotel met our qualifications and standard of what we used it for, a 2 night leisure trip. It's close enough to Downtown Boston, but far enough to get reasonable prices to be outside of Boston. There's not much to do at the hotel other than the indoor pool (which is a plus), but we were there just to sleep. It was clean and comfortable.
