The lobby was pretty with comfortable couches and a good TV. The breakfast price was too high and I thought the room would include a microwave and refrigerator.

The management of the hotel apparently thought it was a good idea to book a middle school lacrosse team. This meant that you got awakened in the morning by lacrosse balls bouncing off other player's doors. This was a pretty nice hotel, other than that. I have stayed there numerous times, but I think I'll go somewhere else next time.

I was really surprised by how nice and elegant the place looked. It really exceeded my expectations. I travel to Dallas on business monthly and I will return here because the staff were friendly and cordial. Even though my stay was during the OU and Texas game, it was a quiet stay. Thanks.

Front desk staff were superb! Located next to car dealership. My family and I traveled to Dallas for a college graduation ceremony. My parents, husband and adult children were very impressed with the quality of the rooms as well as the grandeur of the lobby.

Extremely nice staff at the check in desk, very informative and kind. They had our keys ready when we got there (we were a late check in.) Great room size and cleanliness. Pretty hotel inside and out. We will stay here again!

"I have had problems with on-line hotel reservations and, for some reason, I don't when a Holiday Inn Select is involved. I am leaning toward only picking a Holiday Inn Select."

Quick easy, not problems, and convenient. There wasn't a stand to put my travel bag on. It was pleasant, no problems at all, and staff was very professional and friendly.

The lobby is very nice. Restaurant breakfast wasgood. Rooms are small. Bed very uncomfortable. Sink area small in bathroom. We needed to get a few hours of sleep before waking at 7:00 am. The beds are so firm that I tossed and turned all night as well as my friend.Its not worth it. The rooms are small and sink area is not very functionable if you have more than one person. The room is plain. They needed to spend more money on the rooms and less on the lobby! Breakfast was good and thewas reasonable.

Wonderful bed. Low water pressure in shower. Very attractive, friendly staff, very clean room, 2nd floor executive rooms were very quiet. Husband complained of low water pressure in the shower, but other than that we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location. Not far to main attractions. Small refrigerators in the room would be nice. Great location. Close to main attractions in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Several placed to eat within walking distance.
