Our stay at the Holiday Inn Crossings was a last minute decision that we were glad we made. We were traveling to our daughters house in Nashville with our small dog Seamus when we unexpectedly had to find a hotel. We booked thru Orbitz that morning checked in that afternoon and were pleased with our 2 day stay.

We had the pool to ourselves one evening. Bathroom on first floor wasn't very clean. Nice place, good quality, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Outdoor pool was nice, no one else in it while we were there.

We were only there overnight and the hotel was clean and nice looking. But there was a railroad track very near the hotel and trains ran on and off all night. Not very conducive to a good nights sleep, if you're a light sleeper. Otherwise, no complaints about the hotel at all.

Room had over powering smell of deodorant and noisy. For the price, would have stayed anywhere else.

First room the TV did not work. Moved me to another room and the toilet ran all night. Train Tracks right next to hotel. Loud.

Friendly, comfortable, convenient. Freight train passed under window it seemed every 30 minutes. Everything about the hotel was fine, except the train. If there had been a review informing about the train we would have stayed somewhere else. The location was perfect for our needs, convenient to interstate and attractions. Room was always clean when we returned in the evenings. I'm sorry to say that with all the good things about the holiday inn we would not stay there again.

very easy check in..room cards were made out in advance.. didnt have to stand around and check out was just as good. Room service was good. Very friendly people. Rooms were nice and clean.
