The pool was out of order. This was not posted on their site and the staff did not let us know there was a pool available at another hotel. We made reservations here specifically to allow our grangchildren to use the pool. Needless to say they were very disappointed.

Rooms were clean easy commute to where I had to go. Pool was being repaired. It was everything I needed for this particular trip. Business friendly and clean. Newspaper in the morning and an on time wake up call was greatly appreciated. Sunday night cookies at the desk was a nice touch after a long airplane trip. I would not pay the published rate for this hotel, but priceline's rate was well worth the money!

I found the hotel to be very clean and a great location. The rooms are renovated and the beds very comfortable. The satff was great and they gave me a ride to and from the airport no hassles at all.

This hotel is conveniently located off the beltline. We stayed there because we wanted to be close to Crabtree Mall and we couldn't be any closer if we wanted to! I would stay there again the next time I have business in Raleigh!

Everything about the hotel was very good. Exactly what you would expect from a Holiday Inn plus an excellent location. Even though its in a busy area, it was very quiet and seemed almost secluded. I would definitely stay here again.

The pool was not yet opened for the memorial holiday. Hotel was nice and clean and the staff seemed pleasant. It was also located near the mall and the interstates. Great location!

This hotel is in a great location and was priced well below what I expected. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This Holiday Inn leaves a lot to be desired. The sheets were worn thin and the elastic on the corners worn out. Also except for the heat lamp light in the bathroom there was no light in the bath. The heat light was very hot in a small bathroom.

If one is able to get to the hotel its a good stop, good location right across from the mall and easy access to the airport. Hard to get to because of the divided highway and one cannot see the hotel from the direction of the airport.

Granite countertop in bathroom. Room service was 30 minutes late. This hotel was dirty in the public areas, elevator was broken, room service was 30 min. late, then toast was cold and fruit under-ripe. Coffee was stale. Breakfast room service was left on floor in hallway until 11 pm. Front desk attendants were pleasant but did not offer to correct the situation.

They offered smoking rooms. It needed to be remolded 20 years ago. There may have been a pool, but I didn't see it.

Great location, friendly staff and clean room. Tub didn't drain. No newspaper to our room, but saw them under all other doors. Check-in was easy. The staff was pleasant and professional. The room was clean. The ice machine and soda machine on my floor were broken, but other floors worked, and for some reason our room seemed to be the only one on the floor that didn't receive a newspaper. Overall, a positive experience.

Location. Menu selections & no hot water. This hotel did not meet my expectations on this trip. The restaurant closed early, the showers had no hot water and the room had insects flying around. Not a great experience this time.
