The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Our stay was very comfortable.

Lots of space in the room. Needs an upgrade; stained carpet; night clerk not helpful. The room was acceptable. The carpet of the entire hotel (room, halls, etc.) needs badly replaced or very deep cleaned. Night clerk was overwhelmed and not helpful. He would not find us a baggage cart or answer the phone. I ended up calling on my cell phone to get a wake up call. Overall, the hotel could use an upgrade but was generally clean and comfortable.

It was a long walk to the room - it is a long walk to all the rooms and exterior doors are not close to parking. Other reviews have stated this as well as pointed out that there is no service to take your bags to your room. When I told the front desk that the room was not the type that I had booked - I was told all the rooms were reserved for the night (this was 6pm) and that they would not change rooms. As a platinum member of Priority Club I was disappointed with the response. The front desk attendant did call their sister property and was able to find me a room there for $80 more than what I was paying. I decided against paying almost $200 for the night. Maybe I should have. After making the long walk back to the room I discovered that the room would not have passed a supervisors inspection for cleaning. The shower/tub was so dirty that I refused to take a shower. The exterior entrance was supposed to require a key but this was not working. After this experience I would recommend to others that there are better lodging options close by (there are 8 other motels with in 3/4 of a mile).

The hotel is modern, clean and very comfortable. The Friday Night Buffet in the restaurant was slightly pricey but the offering was very good as was the presentation. Room was above average in size with a desk and plenty of work space. Comfortable lounge chair for reading. Away from traffic but centrally located to Coralville and University of Iowa (Iowa City)

They switched us from a smoking room to a non-smoking room. No free breakfast.

"Stayed at Holiday Inn, Coralville for 2 nights...good experience. Loved the happy hour (weekdays only?) with free beer/wine and chips/dips, etc. A few negatives: pool was small, our shower curtain and mat needed to be replaced. Otherwise, very quiet and convenient!"

I was put on the 1st floor which was under minor construction. From the lobby, had to walk down narrow stairs. No sound proofing in rooms. Shower leaking and rust stained, could hear drapes being closed as well as quiet conversation from the room next door. Go to any of the other hotels in the area. The room was unacceptable but the staff was nice.

We stayed here for a family reunion. There were 2 other large groups in addition to ours and there was plenty of space for all. The pool is small and indoor - great for kids to expend some energy (rain or shine), but not great for enjoying a beautiful day by the pool.

Friendly staff for the most part. Bathrooms are small, fan didn't work, etc.

Okay hotel for a one night stay. Staff is not overly helpful. Clean hotel room. Comfortable beds - have soft mattress toppers. Small bathrooms. Do the job of a place to spend the night.

Location. In all the years of going through Priceline this is the worst stay. Housekeeping was the poorest ever. The room was spacious though. Housekeeping came at 4:45 PM on Friday night after staying there on Thursday night (3 night stay) and after being at University Hospitals since 5:30 AM, all I wanted was a short nap. I would never recommend this room and only stayed 2 nights.

Very comfortable beds. We were there Christmas Eve, and it was nearly deserted, which meant it was very quiet and relaxing. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. We wish every experience in a hotel was as peaceful and comfortable.

Clean rooms - well equipped – quite. No negatives - All good. They have an excellent restaurant attached for lunch and dinner.

Very convenient and easy to access. The rooms need some cosmetic work to update and make them more attractive. All the staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Friendly and accommodating staff and nice big room. Could always be cleaner. Cleaning needs to be done around the doors where people grab them and the door handles and light switches as well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with all requests. The sheets were clean. The hotel was in a perfect location for us as we were visiting a college. The staff was courteous and helpful. There were plenty of restaurants around the hotel.

Comfortable beds and nice hot tub. Back entrance not lit up at night. The motel was excellent and I highly recommend it.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. The woman who greeted us was very professional but not overly friendly. Excellent location. Comfortable room. Kids loved the swimming pool.
