The hotel is fairly well kept. The adjacent water park, CoCo Keys, provided lots of fun for my 11 year old son. While the room and the hotel is well maintained, the hotel is a little old and out of date. Overall, the hotel is affordable and provides a nice place to stay while in Omaha

Easy access to highway and downtown. Attached water park means lots of kids running around and yelling. Great for a family with kids who would want to spend time in an outdoor water park.

We stayed a Friday and Saturday night The room was fairly clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was nice as it had a zero entry and water spouts for the little ones to play with. The hot tubs were closed which was disappointing. We got the breakfast buffet in the morning and it was very expensive for what it was. I would look at it before you purchased it. We went to CoCo Key and was not impressed. Thought it was overpriced for what it was. Plus, the Jungle play area was closed when we first got there which was what we wanted to play on. Overall, it was a nice stay, but wasn't overly impressed.

this is a great place to take you family where you can just relax and have fun at coco key water resort. Every person that I meet or my family during our stay was very friendly and outgoing. The hotel rooms are beautiful and would recommend that others stay at this hotel when coming to town.

This hotel has tried to trick you. Although it is recently renovated, the rooms are the size of a closet! There wasn't even room to put the luggage holder somewhere and even be able to walk in the room. The pool was broken. They only gave us a reduced rate $10 deal to go into the water park. It should have been free, not 10 bucks! What a rip off this place was. I would never return. I would never recommend it to anyone.

I loved that all of the employees were extremely nice. The hotel was very nice except for our mattress sunk in the middle and the bathroom was so small that you could sit on the toilet wash your feet in the tub and wash your hands in the sink all at the same time. This was the smallest bathroom I have ever had in a hotel. There was also no ventlation in the bathroom so it steamed over and any smell would fill up the whole room. The restaurant was nice and kids eat free. The pool was awesome and the largest pool I have seen in a hotel. The water park was very small and it would not let my boys ride on the tube slides with my husband and I. Over all I think it would be a great hotel if it had a comfortable mattress and a larger bathroom with a ventilation. I would stay here again if I had a better mattress.

The is by far the best hotel have stayed at in a long time - CoCo Key was awesome, the service was amazing - free high speed internet, I'll be back - the rooms are brand new inside - very nice as I have stayed here in the past - new ownership and management have made this a great place for business or weekend fun.

Everything was okay, except for the front desk people. One girl in particular, was dishonest. When asked to call for a cab, she said she did but none with the company name she said she called came. It was Raven Cab Co. After awhile I just grabbed a cab that dropped off a customer. When I returned to the hotel later that night, I checked the yellow pages and found there was no such cab company as Raven Cab, the one she told me she had called for us. Very dishonest. Just for that I don't know what else they were dishonest about. Also, their shuttle service is baloney. It merely goes to and from the airport. One shuttle only. Available only if they aren't doing anything. Which is rare. Don't stay there.

Dirty room, grotesque hot tub, no parking-had to walk 1/4 mile to my car-evidently contractor parking/storage is more imporant that hotel guests, construction dust, could care less attitude of front desk, no hot water in room for half a day, bugs in the bathroom, sloppy renovation of the room....literally the worst hotel I have stayed at in my entire life....and at a ridiculous rate.

The pool was great! Loved the gradual slope towards the deep end, nice for small children. They were repainting, had signs all over the whole weekend about wet paint, but never saw anyone doing it and never knew if the paint was really wet. For the price we payed, wasvery happy. The pool was the best feature. Was disappointed that the water park was not included in our room rate, but the pool was good enough. Our room was small, but clean. Could use a few more plug-ins in the room, couldn't find any, except in the bathroom.

I travel quite often with work. Out travel department booked this hotel for me. I checked inn with my priority club number and they told me that I would get no points since I booked thru online travel website . I would not get complimentary breakfast that Ptiority Club members get. I would not get to use the Priority Club area in this hotel. I was not upgraded as the other Priority Club memeber was. I was put in a room with a spotlight shining thru the window. It was the bottom floor next to a road so I got zero sleep/ The room was small, the heat did not work. It was dirty and the door lookd as if it was pried open at one point. Very poor staff at the front desk and poor quality hotel.

For Holiday Inn Convention Center this was a diaster! They did not check us in on time, then checked us into a room already occupied! The next room was not cleaned when we went up AGAIN, and even after waiting wasn't complete (trash behind the bed). The service was poor, pool dirty, whirlpool unsanitary, and just plain rotten experience. Then I get home to find someone elses charges on my credit card and can't seem to get anyone to remove them! You are better off pitching a tent.

I went to Omaha to visit Creighton University for a weekend, and the hotel really is what you pay for. The only problem I had was the toilet did not flush properly, but staff was very friendly and fixed right away. The bathtub could also have been cleaner. The location is ok. It costs about 25 dollars to grab a taxi from the airport to the hotel. The hotel offers shuttle service, but the last shuttle is at 10:30 (my flight got in at midnight). The shuttle is useful though since it can drop you to most of the major places to see in Omaha, but since Omaha really isn't a walking city (things are too far apart and no metro), I'd imagine it's harder to get to more of the further out places. Overall great for a short stay, but if you're staying longer than a few days I'd pay a little extra and get something closer in.

The maids left us alone. Just not as clean and updated as somewhere I've stayed.

My family stayed at the Holiday Inn to play in the CoCo Key Water Resort. We loved it. We have 3 children and they had so much fun. The food was outstanding and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is beautiful. We definately will stay again.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Omaha on business. My hotel stay was wonderful. I love the decor of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and my room was very accomodating. I travel for business a lot and this hotel is one of the best. I'm a Priority Club member and they have a Prioirty Club lounge that is excellant. Room service is very good. My food was great and delivered on time. The room service person was very professional.I love the Front Desk staff. They are friendly. The hotel's shuttle picked me up at the airport. It was complimentary.Every time I return back to Omaha I will definately stay at the Holiday Inn.

Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. The shower was the worst shower I have had at a hotel. My shower was clean, and it worked fine for 5 minutes, but then completely lost water pressure, and then was horribly sporadic in temperature and pressure as I frantically tried to rinse off and get out of there.

It was convenient to the main Interstate. Our room was very disappointing, small andthe bath especially.
