For a city known for architectural interest, The Holiday Inn fit right in. Located conveniently off I-65, it is designed in the elegance of days long gone. Since it is a convention center, it has all the coveniences and amenities one would expect. Add the friendly and helpful staff, clean and nicely appointed rooms and easy access and this place is a must stay.

We were surprised about the city, didn't know it had this great architecture. Nothing we didn't like. It was great. For the price, it was fantastic, thanks to you.

We had some very special circumstances affecting our stay in Columbus and the staff was exceptional at accommodating us in any way they could. The hotel was spacious and beautiful, especially the pool area. We were very impressed and will only stay there if we have to go to Columbus again.

The decor of this hotel - 17th & 18th C. English - is faded, worn and in need of upgrade. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The fitness facility was better than average. I stayed in a two story guest suite with doors on the 6th and 7th floor. I was only given a key for the lower floor. I would have preferred one on the upper floor where the bedroom was. There was a coffee maker in the room, but it was on the lower floor bath. The lighting in the room could have been better, with most light being provided by table lamps. The ice machine on the 7th floor was pathetic: Two minutes for 2 cups of ice.

The Holiday Inn Holidome was very nice this trip, I was there for Business this time, the room was somewhat dated, but very clean and nice big extra pillows on the bed, the one thing I would suggest is a better TV, most of the channels were fuzzy, while I wasn't there to watch alot, it would have been nice to watch in clarity the ones I did. Other than that the hotel provided everything I needed, and because I was a priority member I recieved a great little welcome bag, nice surprise!!

This is my choice everytime I come to Columbus. It is the most beatiful hotel I have ever stayed at. The stain glass windows are unbelieveable. Everthing you need is right here under one roof. A bar, restaurant, pub, indoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. The staff is always friendly. The food is always good. I just love it.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There was renovation going on and it did hurt the comfort level a little. I came for the F1 race and it was a bit far from Indy for me, but very price efficient.

Pool area is nice but was too crowded on the weekend with too many big kids. Our daughter was overwhelmed (age 5); overall the pool area was very dark and there were not enough towels.

The staff was pleasant and helpful, the rooms were nice. However, we could hear everything from the hallway - including whispered conversations."

It was quiet and not a lot of people good for romance and great pool. Bad food and bad prices on food. It was exciting we stayed in the hotel because it was cold but we had a blast watch out for some bad service and food and prices are a little high.

Newly renovated. Had problems with entry door to room, staff did not appear to be to concerned and this was an exterior entrance. I would probably only stay here on business.

Staff was not friendly! The room was not clean, and the shower did not drain, there were not enough towels in the room.

Sorry, I can not. Because I did not enjoy my stay at all! The only thing I liked about the hotel is the location. That is all! Well, the bed was falling apart, and the television didn't work. Not to mention, the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way. The floor was also dirty. After the staff made a big deal about not signing in until 4pm because housekeeping needed to clean it. I could not go check out the room right then and there. But, when I returned to the hotel it was around 9 pm. The room was on the second floor and near the indoor pool. I was tired and wanted to get some sleep. That is the reason why I reserved the hotel room. Instead, I had to hear screaming children in the pool for the next two and half hours. As well as children pounding on the hotel door next to mine. I did not get to sleep until around midnight, the screaming stopped a little after 11:30 pm.Granted, if I had the time to check out the room at 4 pm when I checked in. I would have said something right then and there. But, I had a meeting at 5 pm and I didn't have the time and by the time I came back to the hotel, I was completely tired from the driving and other planned activities or I would have called the front desk and housekeeping. But, I just wanted to get some sleep. Granted, I didn't. In fact, I woke up at 3 am and checked out around 7 am. I promise you this; I will never choose this hotel again. In fact, I will probably think twice about staying at another Holiday Inn. I can not give a hotel a star. But, I wish that I could take away the stars they already have!

Nothing. Room dirty, hvac not working, toilet seat loose, bar patrons to noisy. I will not stay there again.
